    Hi Nikki,

    I did everything you wrote and got back the ability to edit with the exception of the image slider I was using for my home page which I had to change.

    Why did you write “for a temporary solution”?

    Should I expect other problems going forward?
    Will I still need to manually update Enfold?

    I have the same problem. When I follow the link for instructions here and try to download enfold-child, I get a message saying it can’t be downloaded securely. No problem downloading the Enfold theme.

    I’ve already requested help in another post but have not received a response.
