Umm… we have 2.4.2 currently and didn’t realize there was an update.
Everything seems to be better now.

Our site is on a protected development environment, but you can see the issue in the theme demo:

For some reason my dev environment needed it to be 777, but that was the file I was looking for.

It’s not a local caching thing. Different browsers or machines have the same green color.
