Thank You but when I go in apparence-editor and “Select Theme to Edit” I have not “Child Theme”

I have try this in enfold theme (this is my theme) and too in Choen but is not functional.

yes this is correct.

In the Mansory galley, I whant to insert an image that when clicked opens an external link.

The element portfolio that I am creating is only the title and the image preview and when the user clicks on the gallery mansory photo preview should go to an external link .

I will not use the article because I like more the element portfolio.
