Hi Yigit,
Thank you for the link. I followed the instructions, re-installed enfold, deactivated all plugins, cleared the browser cache, tried different browsers, but the problem still exists. There are two pages set up so far, and it only happens to one of these pages. I’d appreciate it if you could have a look into this. FTP and WP admin logins are posted privately below.

Hi Enfold Team,
Has this issue been fixed? I’m using Enfold 2.7.1 with WordPress 3.9.1
My videos are embedded using the Fullscreen Slider. I get the message Please set a mobile device fallback image for this video in your WordPress backend.

I know how to set a fallback image but it’s not ideal. Is there a tweak to the settings I can make to fix this? Should I use one of the other sliders? Thanks.
