Thanks for the reply – yes it does work, but as helpful feedback, it seems that when choosing “fixed” this is where the problem persists, and in the YouTube Enfold Tutorial it states to choose “fixed”.

I already tried that. Even with all plugins disabled (there are only 5 as well) the problem is still there.

Look, it shouldn’t take days to get a response. I wasn’t even getting support – just being told to check plugins and links to articles. No one actually tried to fix anything. As I mentioned, this is PAID support and it is now 5 days of trying to have someone actually look at the problem.
I have been advised to contact Envato for a refund which I will do.

I gave the login credentials 5 days ago. I have a deadline and I couldn’t wait so I deleted the Enfold theme and removed your login. I have requested a refund as the theme is not working.
Yes, I had selected the categories. I re-made categories, I tried different posts, etc. etc. etc. I did all the regular troubleshooting but nothing works, the categories simply don’t show up.
How do I get a refund? I’m not using the theme due to it not working and poor support. When you pay for support, it shouldn’t take 5 days to look at a problem.
I paid for support and am not getting any…now you are not even responding.
How do I process a refund? Clearly the theme doesn’t work properly and your paid support is terrible as you have done nothing and now not even responding.
Advise immediately please or I will raise a dispute with Envato.
Any updates? Would appreciate a response. Been almost a week now and all you have done is ask to see php logs and ask if I have updated to latest version. None of this seems to address the continued problem I am having. Please advise.
Updated to latest version…still doesn’t work.
Talked to my hosting provider. There are a couple errors showing up related to php. See link to debug log in private content.
Please look into this issue. If you can’t resolve it, i will have to switch to another theme and would kindly ask for a refund. I also tested the theme on another host and the same problem persisted. Have seen many posts as well related to issues with sorting so i’m beginning to think this is a common issue.
Any information? You have sent me links to articles but the problem still persists and you haven’t mentioned whether you have looked at my site.
I’m trying to launch the site soon so would be good to know if you can find out what the issue is.

I am on PHP 7.0
I have no idea how to review php errors/access logs.
I only have 3 plugins and even when they are deactivated it still has the same problem. I have also re-installed the Enfold theme and I still have the same problem. I have already gone through the forum and looked at threads which is why i’m coming to you for support because nothing I find seems to relate to my problem.
