Good morning.
I think I have already fixed the problem with the FTP account. I have checked it with Filezilla and I have accessed the root directory. The data I share privately.

Hi
I can’t download a demo either. I get the message “download did not work. Please reload page and try again ”. I have read the post. I have contacted my hosting and they tell me that everything is ok with the security plugin and there is no problem with IP address (85.13.149.161). I have read the article https://bobcares.com/blog/enable-php-zip-extension-cpanel/ and have installed PHP zip extension in cpanel. Still, I can’t download the demo. I have checked in LayerSlider WP> Options> System Status and PHP ZipArchive Extension is enable :(
I have contacted my hosting and they cannot help beyond this.
Can you help me with this problem?
