Hello,
As I told you before about the theme that I bought from your company. I haven’t used it since I received it. Now, I can’t use the slide because it noticed that “it’s not active”.
I don’t know the reason why I can’t use the theme while I spent my money to buy it.
Before I contacted the author follow your guidelines however the problem didn’t be solved.
Please check again and give me the exact answer. I don’t want to waste my time waiting for you to reply.

I think you didn’t understand what I said. When I bought the theme, I received the code to use this theme. However, I tried to fill the key to activate and it noticed that” not activated” like image:
I have contacted the store where I bought the theme and they told me this is a mistake from the author. So please help me to solve this problem. I think it’s easier to contact via email or Whatsapp. Please give me your email address or phone number for Whatsapp.
