    Thanks Jordan! that worked for me. I added an Enfold custom widget area for the subscribe button, then a widget area element to the top of my page then hid it on desktop.

    clearing and deleting transients did not help my situation. hard refresh also did not help. i’ve also tested out a few different browsers.

    I’ve realized that my theme is not updating for some reason. In my dashboard my version is showing as 1.9.1
    I moved the theme install to a temp folder and recopied my theme into the themes folder and still has not updated.

    I’m not sure what to do at this point
