thank you for taking care about the issue. I have tried to login with the given credentials and it worked perfectly. As I have learned with other support cases, you need to login within our geo region.Alternatively, we can have a Teams call and I share my screen with access for you!

after double checking your messages, you have led me to the solution:
– Export the current (child) theme settings
– Installation (upload) of a fresh child theme (folder “enfold-child”) with adaptions of some footer settings
– Upload of the new enfold 4.7.3 version in a new folder “enfold”
– Import the theme settings
– (Adaption of some settings in theme -> performance)
The website is operating with enfold 4.7.3 and a proper child setting for future updates.You can close the topic!

the provider is located in Austria – I can ask them on Monday regarding the blocked countries but I am not sure if they give me all security relevant information. Where are you located?
Maybe access from Austria or Germany is possible? Kriesi itself if from Austria, right?I changed the enfold_473 to enfold and the the design was gone and the page was in green letters without logo and other settings. If I check the source code of the page it always refers to the old folder enfold_42. The theme at the admin panel says still Enfold Child theme.
I don’t understand what to change now?

thank you for your answer. Yes, of course – actually this is in the style.css of the child but it refers to the old folder enfold_42. I have no idea why it does not change the parent folder.

this is not in my hand, the security setting are from World4you.com, the Web-Hoster which is probably the largest Hoster in Austria. We have to follow their security rules.

I had a chat with the support guys for World4you.com earlier today. They said that there is a geo- and IP-blocking installed. It seems that your IP-address (range) is affected). They suggested to use a Proxy-Server.
Can’t you have access via a VPN with Kriesi in Vienna/Austria?
Again, I can give you access via a join.me session but we need to schedule this.

Oh, interesting, we do not see this window when we get there….
I posted already the ftp credentials (see below) – I hope this works.
There is another issue – in my opinion also with WPLM – or should I open a new Thread? -> I would like to remove the grey line between the logo and the next section in the main content wich works fine with Enfold – but when I switch to english – the line is still there …..
-> FYI: I inserted the line in german back to have no optical irritation at the moment.Thank you in advance!

I was in the car the whole day – I have double checked with an empty Chrome Browser. the credentails are working. I have not found what you have exerpereineced.

thank you for your reply! Shrinking of the logo is a great idea – I did it with 45% and !important and worked out in Quick CSS (fyi: it does not work in my style.css)

the initial issue is solved. After deleting all unnecessary themes and setup the child theme new (with importing the settings) it works great – as designed!Thank you!

thank you far – I think there is another issue I have caused with the child theme initially.
I am running a child theme with the name enfold_343_child and the parent theme name enfold_42. However, when checking the html code of the pages they refer to the old parent name enfold_343, see the example line below (for the homepage)

Mobile: When opening the site http://www.consent.at -> then change to the English menu tab -> the black header comes…..
