Also, I want to add that I have purchased a new license and made all the updates to the theme and wordpress.
Hi Mike,
Now I understanding what you mean. Thank you for resolving this for me.
I’m not sure what this means. I was using the temporary http url the entire time. I have other sites in working progress under http urls and the favicon are showing up just fine.
Switching to classic editor did not solve the problem Would you investigate further please. Even if so, our team cannot use classic editor. We are all streamlined for block editor.
Your theme may have a bug because I’m experiencing this in another one of our sites housed in a different server.
I tried and It didn’t make any difference.
I checked out the test page you created for me “Kries test” and the same problem is reoccurring.
Also, the new page you created is not exactly the same as the existing homepage. I really need the homepage to correctly function.
Yes, but moving to another page doesn’t solve the issue. This will happen again in other pages. Do you know why this is happening? Does your theme have a bug?
Hi Nikko,
Yes, that is the correct one.
There is only one page thats titled “Homepage”. It is that one.Hi Nikko,
I apologize for the confusion. Right after I posted this topic, I re-installed the theme and at the beginning everything works fine. As I’m working this issue comes up repeatedly. Would you check again? It’s the homepage. It’s not reflecting the current update when I hit Preview.
– I’ve tried clearing cache
– I even reinstalled the theme
– I reset my entire WordPress account to start over
Nothing worked. And eventually the issue will spread to other pages as well.
Hi Nikko,
I’m not sure what Wordfence is. I used the Enfold theme countless times and I’ve never had to unblock anything. Is this a server issue?
Hi,
It’s doing it again. Not loading and showing spinning icon for the home page. I’m afraid it’s going to happen for all the pages. Why is this happening again?
Hi Rikard,
I’m not very certain about enabling debug mode through changing the php code.
I give you permission to do so on my behalf. Thanks!Hi Nikko,
I’m not sure if the issue has been resolved. There is a page called “Test” which I built with Advanced Layout Builder. It is doing the same thing – not loading and showing the spinning icon.
Hello,
Yes, I’m using the latest version (4.9). I tried de-activating all plugins AND cleared cache. Do you think there’s a bug?FYI~ I tried clearing all cache.
