I did see that video already – thank you. The problem I am having is that another company started building the site and then was fired (PlayN bought the theme but it was through them so I don’t have login to download the theme folder). Is there another way for me to get the updated theme?

I found the spot to add the fallback image and I saw your notice about sliders missing after updating to WordPress 4.5. I am trying to update the theme but am having problems and I’m pretty sure that is why things are messed up/missing. I will start a new thread about the update.

I am having more problems now – please help. The videos and sliders have disappeared completely from the website and mobile (home page and the main swingset page). Now the tabs on the individual swing set pages don’t work. I’ve looked in my backend at the tabs and everything is there and looks correct. Login is listed below in private comments.

I sent info for you to log-in but I haven’t heard anything back from you via a reply or email. Now when I go to the site the video does not show at all and neither do the sliders on another page. Please tell me if anything was done?

ErinThanks for your reply…but I’m still not sure where I should be changing things. Sorry! Is there a way for me to send you screen shots. On iPhone it still says that I need to set a fallback image for mobile.
