finally I solved.
And I guess it is almost a “bug”.
The problem was related to the symbol < (minus)
In my case it is a technical specification about distortion < 0.0003%
The same issue happens if you use >

no, it does not work that way.
The problem is with that specific table.
If I create another and very simple table it works also with all plugin activated.
If I create a new page and then I copy and paste, column by column and row by row, the same data of the original table the issue is repeated also on the new table.
I think that maybe some character can do this, but I checked all characters and there aren’t “strange” symbols but only normal char set.
How can I solve it, please?
