Yes, I know that Headline Rotator is an element in the Content Elements tab, but for some reason, I can not get it to look like the one I was asking about.
Was a full width easy slider used to create this headline rotator that is shown as the header of this page… https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/elements/headline-rotator/ ? Love everything about it and trying to duplicate it but can’t get it exactly right for some reason.
Still wish we could import another demo, without all of our theme settings being overwritten.
If it is possible, can you just provide me with the shortcode for that?

Thank you for that update, it stopped it from moving us to the top of the page.
We still seem to think it is not functioning properly somehow… For example…when you have it set for a toggle box to be auto opened, I could have sworn it still showed some kind of minus sign or something in the right corner of the toggle box to show that you are able to close that toggle and it still seems like we are missing something, a border or something. It just does not look the same as before and we just can’t put our finger on it.
Hopefully, this is making sense to you.

Thank you for the response! Both temp-fixes did work.
Has anyone reported a problem with the Accordion (toggles)? It seems when you select an item in the accordion the page will jump to the top and there seem to be no borders.
That did work, and the page is loading correctly. As this is just a temporary fix, will the developers come up with a solution to return to using the functionality with google maps?
As for the problem with Woocommerce and emails, what would be a temporary fix or solution to that problem?
I am glad we found a possible reason behind the page being a miss. But as to why that is happening all of a sudden is the biggest question we have. We do find it a bit suspect that the problems occurred after we ran the latest update on 5/28/2021. Hopefully, your developers will find a quick fix for it.
As for the orders, yes that is coming from emails.
I would also like to note that we updated Enfold to the latest version on 5/28/2021. We have also noticed that within WooCommerce there was a change to the email appearance on about the same date or their after.

Thank you for the response. We have tried to disable the Javascript (with clearing the Cache) as asked, but there was no change to the page.
Any other suggestions as to why this page has broken?

I have now reactivated our cache plugin (and cleared the cache) and you can clearly see the green background and a fairly large logo.

Yes we have cleared the cache on the site and the problem still exists.

MaureenHello….my company just purchased Enfold. I am new to word press and creating my companies site and do not want to break anything in the coding. I have to say I am LOVING Enfold, for a first timer, it is so user friendly and the functionality is fabulous!!!!
I would love to know what the outcome of this menu issue was. I also would love to have a menu on the home page show certain options only and then on all other pages a different menu with added options.
Example – home page menu shown: Home – The One Call Process – Kids Corner – Resources – About Us
Then on all other pages have the menu show other options except for the page they are viewing – as example when they are on the Facility Owners page have the menu only show: Home – The One Call Process – Contractors – Homeowners – Kids Corner – Web Services – Resources – About Us
then when they are on Contractors page have the menu show: Home – The One Call Process – Facility Owners – Homeowners -Kids Corner – Web Services – Resources – About Us
I am not saying that the menu titles I listed are set in stone, those are just examples.
