Did you read my question? I did this and nothing changes. You can login with admin and convince yourself.

Maybe you could help me with the other problem. I have installed WoCommerce German from your link but its English anyways. I did all steps from your tutorial. You have in the post above the admin-login would be pleased if you check this and fix it. Would also be nice if you tell me how you fix it.Sorry I did not see that this is the wrong forum..
