Thansk for your help. I got it fixed now, However you can help me with one thing. How do make a link that opens the page which lets a user creat a user acount on enfold or woo commerce . I am not sure where the usre account is made meaning on enfold or woo so they can but stuff?

Thanks for the info. But the woo commerce people have not replied to my messages for days. I am very disappointed considering they say how good this support is. I am going to try subscriptions plugin now. Do you know if there is a phone number or is it just all forum based?I did the testing and found the problem was because I was using the admin account and also the page was privet perhaps. I tried it again and there was no data in the fields. When I used the admin account all the data from the previous test was already populated in the checkout fields. Not sure what that was all about though do you?
I am looking to buy woo commerce subscription today for Enfold . I want to use an initial set up fee as a charge for the subscription. But I here that the tags in pay pal come up with “Trial Period” as the charge name for the setup fee but not the subscription. Do you know if this is still a problem? I am in England and I have read in America they have a way of getting around this?

Thanks for replying to me this has held me up for 2 days. Woocommerce never responded to my messages. I am going to try what you suggested now. Do you think it has anything to do with the sites paypal account? How long are you on as Moderator today?oriche’

I tried that but no good. i have noticed that in the pages section the “comming soon” is the updated one. However in pages the “home page” has changed to the comming soon page but its the old (orignial one).

Thanks for the info. Just one question. I have up dated my comming soon page with new text. I have saved and then pubished it. But it keeps showing the old one when i go to the web site. However in the static page section its showing the correct one. Strange?

Thank you very much for your help. I did not notice them until you said. The setting did not work for some reason the first time. However I tried it again and it worked. Thanks for your help! Do you also have this theme? If so which tutorials do think are good for a new guy like me?

Hi All,
Thanks Yigit for the permissions pointer. I read the document and had enough to say to the web hosting company. They told me I had two issues. One was a DNS entry for nutraka.com was not working correctly and was not resolving to the right location. The second was a word press issue with permissions to the content folders “Up Loads” the access was being denied. They fixed both and now the theme is working as I would expect. As far as the DNS resolving I will not know for a day or so as the DNS Servers on the internet will have to update.

Ahh my tag has nothing to do with mcaero issues. I am just waiting for Peter from Support is that you “Dude”?
I applied method 2. Changing the Memory Limit via wp-config.php. But….there was no change. What do you suggest? I tried it on different browsers but the result was the same.
I did that just now and nothing happen. I even updated to word press 3.8 and it’s still the same. I downloaded it again this morning from theme forest and over written the original folder via file zilla. Maybe something is broken in this update? Something to do with images and menus back ground. How many people have bought the theme since the second week in December 2013?
I have have updated the theme as the video said using File zillla and there has been no change its still the same. What should I do?
