Hi Mike,
thank you for your answer.
I look forward to your reply.Best regards
OrianoHi Mike, thanks for your answer
but it is not a WordPress Admin login so we can not see the backend of your site, please include.
to login, you must click on “Il mio profilo” and put user and pass.
See image.I see that you have moved your cart to outside of your nav.main_menu I assume you have done this with a script…
to do this, I have simply use the Enfold option: Header Shopping Cart Icon = Always Display floating on the side.
if this is true then you can ignore the error because /enfold/config-woocommerce/config.php line:2232 is a check that the cart is visible in the correct place, which your is not:
Sorry but I do not understand :(
I use a simple setting of the Enfold setting. And this same setting, creates an error warning ??
I do not understand :(Best regards.
OrianoHi Rikard
> Is this error causing something to not work as expected on the site?for the moment the only anomaly I have noticed is an unusual and high number of “Pending Payments” in woocommerce orders.
Best regards

OrianoHi, #Ismael
I did some tests on the local clone site, and these are the results:
Your CSS gives a slightly incorrect graphic result, see image.
To get the correct “tooltip” I am therefore forced to activate the functions of the blog (functions that I had deactivated, because the blog is not used). Please see image here.
Best regards
OrianoHi Ismael,
I’m doing a clone of the site, to do the tests locally and not on the production site.
I’ll get back to you as soon as I’ve finished preparing the clone site. Thanks for your help.
Best regards

OrianoHi Ismael,
I am referring to the “Double Price” feature… see please this example:

I wish I could get something like this (price per month / per year) without having to install another plugin :(Best regards

thank you for your work, thank you for this encouraging news and thank you for your patience in answering everything :)
And last but not least, thanks to Enfold, which I hope will remain a light, essential, flexible, RELIABLE and no-frills theme.Best regards,
OrianoJanuary 13, 2021 at 12:48 pm in reply to: Global saved elements possible solutions // plugins? #1272135Hi Rikard, thanks for you answer.
> You can set the page as a draft,
Does not work. If the page is saved in Draft, it is not displayed in the “Page Content” :(>…or if the page is published, then you can select for search engines not to index it using a plugin like Yoast SEO.
maybe this works … but considering that I use “Templates” heavily it would be too complicated, replace the use of “Templates” with “Page Content” … also the pages published and used for “Page Content”, even if not tracked by google, they would still be visible to the public. Please consider considering implementing something that looks like “Global Templates”.
Looking forward to the new release of Enfold, Best Regards and thanks for your great work.Oriano
January 12, 2021 at 10:47 am in reply to: Global saved elements possible solutions // plugins? #1271803Hi Ismael,
It doesn’t seem like a good idea to use a “page” as a “global template”, because then the “page” used for the “Page content” can also be displayed (via search) as a “Page” … and this, I fear, could create confusion in the website user.Best regards
OrianoHi Nikko
> … however I would suggest setting up a staging site first and try to update there first so there’s lesser risk on the live site.
I have 8 sites in production with Enfold + 1 new site in preparation, and I would not have time to do “staging sites” for each site … I prefer to wait for your ok, to upgrade to WordPress 5.6.
That said, I hope you will release a fully WP compatible update soon and… please don’t leave us :(Best regards

June 17, 2020 at 5:50 pm in reply to: How open "Link portfolio item to external URL" in new window #1223465I try to explain better…
On the “Additional Portfolio Settings” panel, I have add a “Link portfolio item to external URL” (see image).
I would like that this link open the URL in a blank window.
Is this possible?Best regards
OrianoHi Yigit
thanks for your answer,
and sorry for the confusion I made this morning in the search for the support form (these are difficult days caused by the Coronavirus emergency …).I entered the code and reported the correction to the hosting, which confirms the return to normal, and the disappearance of the php warning error.
But will these lines of code that I inserted in the function.php file of the child theme always remain?
or will I have to delete them at the next Enfond update?Best regards

OrianoHi Yigit, hi Victoria, thanks for your answers.
This is what the hosting has communicated to me:
> we proceeded to solve the problem, there was a too excessive rule on our WAF that blocked access to some resources, an exception was added, …Now then I can edit the posts and use ALB :)
PS: the reason why you can’t access the wordpress backend, always called from the hosting (based in Italy), is this:
> … for security reasons we have enabled access to the wordpress backend only to Italian IPs.Fortunately I have few sites with this hosting …
Most of the sites I manage are on another hosting, and I don’t have this kind of problems. Many thanks for your help. As far as I’m concerned, I’m trying to adopt in all the sites that I manage your theme. Thanks again for your support.
Best regards
OrianoHi Victoria, thanks for your answer.
I see that the site cannot be reached from your IP.
Perhaps then the cause of the problem is the web server …I contacted the hosting company to ask them for clarification and I wait for your reply.
Return to you as soon as I received a reply from the hosting.
Best regards,
OrianoPlease, see this video.
