I think you have misunderstood. The problem has been generated when updating to the latest version and affects the entire web. Both in the Spanish and English version. I have this kind of sliders in all the web. there can be thousands of images between all the pages and languages. Are you telling me that I have to go changing all the thousands of images 1 to 1? and looking in the image gallery the image I had selected where I also have thousands of images? Something has changed the configuration in the update, I just need to revert that change in the code. Please tell me how. Please help.
Hi, i create a new Website just to test the Mega menu before. Now the problem is I can not make the ideal design. The design of the mega menu does not come out as I would like. Ideally, it should look like the demo at https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/ when you click through the shortcodes page. Can you please tell me how I have to make my mega menu be the same?

We have applied the code but it does not work correctly. Inside the menu we have another small dropdown hanging from one of the options and this one does not work properly with the changes applied.

I attach two screenshots: in the first one the blank space appears, and in the second one the page appears correctly just after adjusting the window size a little bit.
The screenshots are made in Chrome with private browsing but the problem appears more frequently in Firefox.More than 210.000 sales this is about 12.000.000 $. But maybe yes the need more money for resources. It is a joke that multi-million dollar businesses do not ask for extra cost for support and updates? I do not know but when they are selling this product with her rules, this is not a Clients problem, if they offer free updates for life and they offer a optimized “Seo Theme”. This is not a client fault, Kriesi are the ones who offer like many other companies a product for 59$ , if they could not offer a lifetime update product fully optimized without problems, when this is what is expected of them. But Yes all the 210.000 Enfold buyers sure we can pay 1 $ extra por month, maybe not big problem. So they can give us what they’re supposed to have offered us in the sale price.
Enfold is one of the best sellers themes, I do not understand why if the team developers not have time, do not hire a developer to do this very important feature.
After more than 1 Year later, no resolution for this big problem.
A website in mobile not showing an appropriate image because Enfold not support srcset, so our Web pages are slow or very slow if they use 4G. Maybe you know that 60% traffic to the Webs are mobile users, so we loose a lot of posible clients and $ because enfold does not support srcset attribute. If you sell a Theme Seo friendly, Enfold it is not at the moment.
Please help with this Urgent and Serious problem.
Please any idea how to fix this. You send me to a freelancer when the problem is generate by enfold Mansory pagination.

Same problem here, it does not look a problem about iphone or pixel ratio or DPI. I test with a regular Samsung or Google nexus old models and Gtmetrix give me the same error, the do not serve scaled images. If you think that more than 55% / 60% web visits come through mobile, that is a big problem. srcset or amp it is necessary today. That,s not seo Friendly. Please, when implement in enfold srcset and amp full compatibility?

All my images are compressed and optimize GTMetrix give me perfect performance in Desktop. You can see de website in the private link and a screenshot so you can see the problem.

I am in contact with the Pipedrive support company. They tell me that they have no problems with other clients that they are using it with WordPress. In fact, I have tried the iframe in a non-Enfold installation on another website, and we have no issues with the form. So there is something in Enfold that makes the form not work well. Could you please help us? It is vital to us that the web pages we have with “Enfold” works with this web form. Hello, the pipedrive form does not work correctly on iPhone, sometimes work fine, but most of the times if you try to go through the fields it do not work correctly. Try to change the fields, when you click in a field that it already filed or not, it does not work correctly. If you refresh the webpage, it continues working bad. No cache plugins installed and not any enfold/performance “css or java or any other feature” are enable. Please Help.

The problem remains and the form continues being slow when changing between the fields. I leave the direct link of Pipedrive so you can see that it works well and works bad or slowly when I insert it in a page with the theme Enfold.

The problem It’s not about “how it looks”, the problem is when you write in the fields and you try to press and change between the fields of the form. This is the problem, you can see in the videos I share with you in the private content. You can see how it Works perfect in Android system and Fail in iOS.
