In this case, the page was the Our Sponsors page.

We have indeed tested with all plugins disabled.

p.s. the never-ending loading circle issue happens to me also, but usually a reload will fix it. This never happens with Visual Composer, event though I think of it as being bigger and clunkier than the Avia builder.

WP creds in the private content area.

She’s now tried on Thinkpad, Ideapad, and “tried just now to edit on my husband’s Mac (laptop). Same issue. Circle never stops rotating. I am referring to the Passover page.”

I still cannot duplicate this issue on my Mac OSX 10.10.5 running latest Chrome, but my client is desperate and I feel terrible for setting her up with a new website that she now can’t edit. The old site didn’t look wonderful, but she could edit it. Please help!
