yes, I did clear the caches several times. On my devices and all brothers it does not work, whatever browser i take..

What can the reason be? Or would you like to check with a temp admin?

just FYI – The root cause is finally found: Our WP installation is routed towards a different server (still with PHP 5.6.)

So, my fault :-)

Dear Team,
I called my hosting provider and they checked & confirmed that PHP 7.2. is running for this url. So I can not understand where / why you find the “server settings” info PHP 5.6.

Furthermore, I´ve added a htaccess entry of 64MB max upload size in addition to the 256MB mem limit

But I still get an timeout message if I try to upload enfold.zip via the WP theme panel.

I don’t know what to do. Thank you very much in a advance for solving this problem

thx – as mentioned, I’ve read the related posts (also the ones you mentioned) and followed the instructions several times. But with this installation it does not work and I don’t know why and what to do either

Maybe you can have a look via temp login?

A solution is highly appreciated.

hmm, I did not change anything on the FB page. And if I klick on the “f logo” link of my WP page top right (second menu), it leads w/o problems to the FB page, too. Is this at your end also not working, either?

Any other idea would be great – I have none…

1 ) this helps – so it was somewhat homemade :-)

2) The reason for this was the grid was on this page: https://dev.fitgutschein.de/ueber-fitgutschein/gesundheitsangebote-auswahl/ -> the a.m. css helped to have the different entries (below the top slider) better separated.

So, is there a solution to combine a good solution for 1) & 2), too?
