That is not the only explanation as you will see in the support thread link I have provided above, we sent only one reply (#748644) on February 17 that has gone unanswered for 5 days.
Please use the login info I set up for you so you can see what is actually happening in the admin area of our website so we don’t have to keep waiting an entire day to get a response that states something we are already doing that is not working…
In Enfold theme options > Blog Layout there are only 3 items I can choose in the Single Post Style:
–Single post with small preview image
–Single post with big preview image
–Multi Author Blog
We have been using Single post with small preview imageThen in the Commentary & Insights post, we are using the Blog Posts feature in Advanced Layout and it only provides the same 3 items as listed above – there is no option for Blog Single Author Small as depicted in your Enfold theme demo online. And as I stated previously, the Single post with small preview image option is not working correctly – when I choose “Excerpt” only it still shows the “Read More” link and it does NOT look like the Blog Single Author Small looks in your Enfold theme demo.
There are features in the Advanced Layout format that are not working in the Blog – please look at http://nwcm.com/2016/12/16/financial-commentary-insights/ – We want to have a different style for this section of the Blog and I am trying to achieve the look of the Blog Single Author Small as shown in the Enfold demo Blog styles, but that option is not included in the Blog Posts element in Advanced Layout and when I choose “Excerpt” it still shows the “Read More” link
Is there a way to use Grid Style for most of our Blog sections and use Blog Single Author Small for one section of our Blog?

1. I understand the issue now and will check with the developer of the calculator.2. Will the revisions you made in Appearance > Editor be lost whenever we update the Enfold theme version?
3. I will use the Advanced Layout format, but it is frustrating that the Blog settings in the Enfold Theme Options do not work – I have everything set there to show the social share
Breadcrumbs are still not working properly and this issue has not been addressed in the responses I have received from Enfold support so far – still need a resolution for this
The login for the temporary User account I created for your support team in December has not changed…not sure why it did not work for you. I generated a new password and I was able to login just fine with it (see private content).
Go to http://nwcm.com/retirement-income-estimator/ and you will see that when it is set to use the right side bar (CapitalYOU Side Bar), the side bar covers part of the calculator. When I reduce the width size in the code for the calculator, the width does not change to fit within the page when the right side bar is being used, which requires the user to scroll back and forth to see the entire calculator and move to the next area of the calculator. We need the full calculator content to show as well as the right side bar.
The issue with the breadcrumbs not showing correctly was never resolved. I had to turn that feature off in most of our posts because it was not working correctly. When you go to http://nwcm.com/capitalyou-blog/ and then click on Commentary & Insights, the breadcrumbs should show as:
You are here: CapitalYOU Blog/Commentary & Insights
but instead it shows as:
You are here: Home/Commentary & Insights
We can’t use the Categories widget for the side bar due to the way the Blog is structured (note: I included a full explanation about the structure of the Blog in my support ticket in December 2016)Please also refer to the post entitled “Death To The Fiduciary Rule” http://nwcm.com/2017/02/15/death-fiduciary-rule/ – you will see that it is not showing the featured image and not showing the social share icons.

WendyThis is also an issue with the support we purchased – the login did not work previously and I had to contact you to even be able to login and create a support ticket – I was worried that this would be an ongoing issue.
