Excuse the mess-up with admin credentials @Rikard. The credentials work now.
In plain language, I can’t create custom templates from page.php, header.php, archive.php etc. I can neither find documentation to help me with this. Through either admin or FTP you should see I’ve tried creating these files.

As you’ll see from my front page I was able to apply a background to the first block element, so disabling the CSS cache was my solution. However, I still can’t use custom template files like page-{name}.php or footer-{name}.php.
You’ll notice in my theme files that I have page-330.php with the content area taken out, so the front page should be blank. I also called footer-test.php at the bottom, which should show a code snippet from another of my websites to be displayed at the very bottom.Thank you for your time
EDIT: due to time constraints I’m no longer using enfold on this installation, but I’ve updated the login credentials for an installation where I have the same issue. I can neither use a simple conditional statement like is_front_page
One more question. The license I purchased is unclear. Am I limited to one WP installation? If not, is it permissible for me to work with the theme on another installation in private until I can purchase another license on my next payday?
I know it’s bad practice to bump a post, but I really need support here.
I also find that I can’t set a custom footer or header on a page. Is there a cache system I’m unaware of? I found the option to disable CSS file merging which was causing problems with my custom CSS
