Here is a picture of what happens. This is a new text block dropped into a column inside a color section. It isn’t a new color section, I am editing it – it already had an events calendar element in it, I think directly inside the color section with no column:
I replaced the image with one that was the appropriate size because I had to launch the site.
If I apply a custom size in WordPress by editing the photo, it just appears full size. I’m not able to reproduce it right now – I originally set this query up yesterday and I am probably missing a detail.I’ve done that a hundred times. Until I save the page after opening each individual text element, the WYSIWYG does not have the correct controls.

My bad. Thank you for your response.

May 25, 2018 at 7:05 pm in reply to: Gravity Forms vs. Enfold – cannot edit email notifications #962345Yes, and I think you should work with them to solve the compatibility issue. Gravity Forms has much better functionality than the integrated contact form. I highly recommend you track down and solve the problem.
May 23, 2018 at 8:44 pm in reply to: Gravity Forms vs. Enfold – cannot edit email notifications #961198I think it would be in your best interest to chase this issue down with them – Gravity Forms is a very widely used plugin and it will impact you negatively if there are problems with it.
I understand it’s outside the scope of support, but it would be a good idea for you to track down and help solve the issue anyway. Just a recommendation.
Cheers!
This error was the result of a compatibility test for php 7.1 that SiteGround’s plugin runs. If you grab a cloud server on SiteGround and install SG Optimizer, then go to manage the php version, it will run a test and you should see this error on a site that has Enfold installed.
Never mind! My cloud host has a static cache which evidently is enabled by default.
When I flush this cache everything works as expected. This reply has been marked as private.Sure thing – see attached. Thanks!

October 10, 2016 at 8:34 pm in reply to: Enfold update 3.8 Google map function does not work #697536I don’t believe we’ve done that. Which files would I need to edit to do this?
Nope, I’ve already been through that process, as well as trying several other ways, and did it once again just to be sure. Please get in and have a look.
Thank you!
Yes, as I said in my original post. I deleted all the old API keys for this app, created a new one, cleared by browser cache, and cleared the server cache.
The error I’m getting is:
Google Maps API error: ExpiredKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#expired-key-map-errorSince the key was created about 5 minutes ago, I don’t see how it can be expired.
The map appears for a few seconds, then disappears and displays the message:
Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details. The Javascript console in Firebug shows:

That appears to have done the trick! I dodn’t know about that declaration. Will this be built in to subsequent versions?
I’m on Firefox. It does look better on Chrome
I recreated the menu and it appears to be working. I didn’t have enough time to wait for the response – sorry :-)
