In the meantime I replaced videos in avia fullwidth slider with videos hosted by Vimeo.
They do not autoplay in Chrome, but “shrinking” problem disappeared – so a better solution for now.Waiting for a more permanent solution for videoplay in fullwidth easy slider.

Thanks for getting back to me on the avia fullwidth slider issue re. video.
Please note that the errorr not only occurs in Chrome but also, as mentioned, in Firefox…
However: This morning the issue in Firefox took a new turn (without me making any changes at all). The video player window is “shrinking” from slide to slide. Or to put it in other words: The player window gets smaller as the slider moves through the 4 video based slides… The very last slide does not contain video and that one gets back to normal size. What do you make of that?
Really looking forward to a solution :-)

All 4 video sequences in the front page slider were, as mentioned, muted, contained no audio tracks.
Just to make sure I went through the original Adobe Premiere projects and found that 2 of them contained audiotracks in the project. These were muted, as mentioned, when exported from Premiere to final video for the slider.
To erase any doubt I now completely deleted any audiotrack in the Premiere projects themselves – and exported (again with no audio) these for use in the slider.
Unfortunately exactly same behaviour as described earlier. So the “muting” is not the issue here…
I will undertake no further action – waiting for your response and hopefully help.

Hey Ismael – did not answer your question about videos being muted – yes they are muted when making them in Adobe Premiere…

Thanks for getting back to me.
The slider with video-sequenses is on the very front page – see url supplied earlyer.
It is crucial that this video slider works, since it is presenting/introducing this rather large company.
After updating to Enfold 4.3.2 it no longer works correctly – different behaviours on different browsers as described.
A strange observation: As mentioned in Chrome clicking the slider (or going to next slide) activates the video (and the slides with more videos), but also scrolling down below the slider after first slide has loaded (that one is not a video and I made it stay for a long 9 sec.) will “trick” the autoplay?We are in the middle of a large campaign and the timing for such a flaw could not be worse, and my client is running out of patience with me.
I can’t rollback the version either because I do need the cookie consent feature.
I trust you will help me out here, Ismael – you did before :-)

Had the same problem but solved it by first deleting all Enfold files on server before updating theme by ftp – might work for you as well?

The thread you are referring to – well – some of it is much too technical for me – something “preventing a javascript from being loaded…” due to “compression tool that fetches the javascript of multiple files”…? It is greek to me ;-)
– but one thing I do notice is the question about disabling any security plugin – and I do not have any such plugin (only a couple of basic plug ins in all – but please log in for yourself…).
Any other thoughts?

The issue was not, that I wanted the flag to show on all pages. As you say yourself I put the flag on front page in a widget in header and added some css to make that widget ONLY show on front page. So that is quite intentional.
Problem was how it showed in mobile view as illustrated in screenshot supplied.
However – don’t know why or how – problem seemingly solved itself. After some days today suddenly things appear on mobile view as intended! So, even if I I am not comfortable with not knowing why, then issue is solved :-)

Thanks for getting back to me. And no, I have not done anything since I put up this thread – and on my phone it still looks as on the screen shot I posted. Really strange… Shouldn’t Galaxy S5 and S6 look the same?
Your screen dump shows the frontpage, which actually is a bit special. It’s not translated and is not going to be for a while, so I put english flag in a widget in the header (restricted to only frontpage) linking to the first translated page.
Could I maybe make you take a mobile screenshot of the page provided in private content? Or of any other page in danish actually since for some reason on my phone the english flag is positioned as in my previous screenshot on any danish page – even the ones not translated.

Hi again – just to clarify:
It is only the english flag showing up in that odd place (should be above or beside the burger-menu) – no danish flag is showing up in equivalent pages… And the english flag shows up on ALL pages – also the ones with no translation. And in the configuration of wpml I chose to show only the translated pages.

In the meantime I had some support from WPML:
Here is what I was told to do:
– edit the translation of a page/portfolio item that is not working – and finish it as it is
– make a small change in the original page
– edit the translation againThat actually did make the content of the page/portfolio visible and thus editable/translateable..
Big question:
Do I have to do this for EVERY page and portfolio item: The site has got a LOT of posts
Or is there another way of doing this?Best regards
