Hi Support,
I am also having the same issue, can anyone help me regarding this.
Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your feedback.
This has solved my problem.- This reply was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by NicomIT.
Hey Ismael,
Thank you for your feedback, but my requirement is little different. I have already created a footer template page with the Avia Layout Builder and set up this page to replace footer from theme options, which is working fine. But now i have created another footer template which i wanted to use for few inner pages, that i cannot set for those inner pages anyhow, so i want to know how can i achieve this. screenshots linked for better understanding.
December 21, 2022 at 4:42 pm in reply to: getting Internal Server Error or sometimes Gateway Timeout Error #1377015Thanks Rikard.
It did end up being something related to the menu in the website. We aren’t sure what the exact issue was, but we removed the code for the menu completely and then replaced it. That fixed things.
December 19, 2022 at 2:35 pm in reply to: getting Internal Server Error or sometimes Gateway Timeout Error #1376711Thanks for the reply Rikard. Do you have any suggestions based on what I mentioned about the website loading without errors once the menu was disabled as the main menu in the theme? As soon as we did that, the site loaded and there were no errors (aside from the menu not displaying correctly with not having one set). See the link in the private content.

December 16, 2022 at 2:20 pm in reply to: getting Internal Server Error or sometimes Gateway Timeout Error #1376412We have some more information from our hosting company related to this. It looks like this is theme related. We are using the Enfold Travel demo.
Here is the information from the host (including the URL for the website):
The domain maritimetravel.nicomitcms.com is still producing the following errors.
[Thu Dec 15 16:33:37.507489 2022] [cgi:error] [pid 74060:tid 139968580134656] [client 45.135.16.198:37447] AH01215: PHP Fatal error:

Maximum execution time of 500 seconds exceeded in /home/maritimetrav_staging/maritimetravel.nicomitcms.com/wp-includes/nav-menu-template.php
on line 213: /dh/cgi-system/php74.cgiThis is an indication the theme on the domain has hard coded limits within different control php files installed on the domain. This appears to be an issue related to the code and the next course of action should be to reach out to the theme Developers at enfold.
We are having issues with a website that is in development for a client. We can access the WP Dashboard with no issues, but cannot load the website.
This is the error we are seeing now when we try to load the website:
Gateway Timeout
The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.I just disabled the main menu and the website is loading, so it does look like this is something related to the menu and nav-menu-template.php file.

August 17, 2022 at 7:48 pm in reply to: Links on Images & Buttons Changing to set Manually When Translated Using WPML #1361998Hello. I’m running into this issue again when we just translated the same website to Spanish. Unfortunately when I try to edit/save the translation for these pages and fix/update the links, it doesn’t work. Is this a known issue or something that has been resolved in another support topic? Fixing the links individually on the website is going to be very time consuming. So any help with this would be appreciated.
Hi Rikard,
Thanks for the quick reply. It looks like the issue was related to a new plugin that was installed. Disabling that fixed it. We did update Enfold to the latest version while we were at it as well.Ryan
That did the trick. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the reply. I investigated this a bit more and it looked like the temp file at our host was full. Clearing that resolved the issue.Ryan
May 21, 2021 at 6:23 pm in reply to: Custom Grid Border Color Missing After Updating Theme to 4.8.2 #1301699That looks like it did the trick. Thanks Rikard!
May 19, 2021 at 1:39 pm in reply to: Custom Grid Border Color Missing After Updating Theme to 4.8.2 #1301202Thanks Rikard. That added vertical borders between the columns, but not the horizontal border between the top and bottom rows.
May 19, 2021 at 1:35 pm in reply to: Links on Images & Buttons Changing to set Manually When Translated Using WPML #1301201I have an update on this. When I edit the translation for the pages with these links, then save it, the links on the images/buttons automatically update. I didn’t need to manually update each link. So everything is resolved now.
May 17, 2021 at 4:35 pm in reply to: Links on Images & Buttons Changing to set Manually When Translated Using WPML #1300778Hi Rikard,
It happened when the pages were translated. I did find a WPML support post where someone else had this happened:May 14, 2021 at 12:58 pm in reply to: Custom Grid Border Color Missing After Updating Theme to 4.8.2 #1300316Sure thing Rikard.
Btw… this is the same website you replied to my support request related to the WPML issue with links on images and buttons.
May 13, 2021 at 7:41 pm in reply to: Links on Images & Buttons Changing to set Manually When Translated Using WPML #1300191Hi Rikard,
Sorry about that. Can you try the info below?I have been speaking to WPML as well and they were able to show me how to update the links. But it still requires me to manually do it for each link, which is what I was hoping not to do. So I really hope there is a way to update them without doing that and make sure they are updated correctly when we translate the website to the other languages.
Here’s a link to the WPML support post:

Thanks!
May 11, 2021 at 3:42 pm in reply to: Display of Longer Blog Titles in the Blog Posts Content Element #1299704Thanks Nikko! That did the trick.
May 10, 2021 at 8:12 pm in reply to: Display of Longer Blog Titles in the Blog Posts Content Element #1299486Hi Rikard,
I tried commented that CSS out, but things still displayed the same. So I removed the top margin. That helped a little, but it looks like there is still an issue on the German home page where the post title is more than one line.
RyanMay 10, 2021 at 2:40 pm in reply to: Links on Images & Buttons Changing to set Manually When Translated Using WPML #1299380Hi Rikard,
I updated the theme to the latest version, but that didn’t change anything with the links.
RyanHi Jordan. I’m all good now. Thanks for checking.
Hi Rikard,
Can you confirm where to find the ‘postslider.php’ file in the theme? Below is the accessibility issue that I am trying to address:Avoid placing inactive elements in the focus order
Elements on the page that are not interactive (those that do not trigger an action) such as labels, headings, etc. should not be in the keyboard focus order. Providing focus to non-active elements may give users of assistive technology the impression that the element is interactive and cause keyboard users to have to use extra keystrokes to navigate. In some specific situations (such as dire warnings or disabled controls that require changes for them to become enabled) it may be acceptable and necessary to place a limited number of non-interactive elements in the focus order. Setting focus programmatically to certain content that is not interactive such as error messages may also be acceptable.Hi Rikard,
Thanks for confirming where to find the code. I was able to figure it out by changing maximum-scale=1 to maximum-scale=200%.
RyanIf someone could get back to me about this, it would be great.
Haha, yes you are right. Sorry about that. I saw the previous/next referenced in the code from the accessibility tool and had incorrectly assumed it was the feature for navigating between the posts. I guess that would explain why I couldn’t find that code in the ‘functions-enfold.php’ file. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
Thanks for the info/clarification. I tried adding the code you provided to the child functions.php, but the accessibility tool I am using to test the website is still picking up on the elements. Below is what I am looking to remove:
<a data-av_iconfont="entypo-fontello" data-av_icon="" aria-hidden="true" class="prev-slide" href="#prev">Previous</a> <a data-av_iconfont="entypo-fontello" data-av_icon="" aria-hidden="true" class="next-slide" href="#next">Next</a>
Thanks. I actually need to remove it completely from the code in order to meet accessibility requirements:
Avoid placing inactive elements in the focus order
Providing focus to non-active elements may give users of assistive technology the impression that the element is interactive and cause keyboard users to have to use extra keystrokes to navigate.Since they are not being used in the website, I need to remove them completely in order to address that. Which is why I’m trying to find the file they are in.
I actually want to remove the code for those two links.
February 25, 2021 at 5:38 pm in reply to: Embedded YouTube Video in Fullwidth Easy Slider Not Looping #1283725Thanks Rikard. I added that to the functions.php file of my child theme and it worked. The only thing I noticed is in Dreamweaver it shows a syntax error for the first and last line of the code that was provided. It doesn’t seem to have caused any issues, but I just wanted to mention that. I pasted it in at the end of the file just like this:
add_filter("avf_youtube_video_data", function($data) { unset($data["playlist"]); return $data; }, 10, 1);
I spoke to the developer of the plugin again and he said that adding the line mentioned in the post I included above from 2018 (https://kriesi.at/support/topic/wp_enqueue_media-not-working-on-frontend-after-latest-update/) would fix it. So I tried that and it’s working now.
In that post one of the moderators mentioned it would be something addressed in a new update to the theme. So I’m not sure why it was working on Enfold 4.7.5 and stopped when I updated to 4.7.6.4. Both copies of the website are using WordPress 5.6.
I removed the login info in my previous post since it’s not needed now.
Hi Rikard,
I installed that plugin, but didn’t have any luck. I included details in the private info so you can see the issue.
Thanks.- This reply was modified 3 years, 9 months ago by NicomIT.
