I decided to update the theme via FTP, as described here:
“Upload the main theme files to wp-content/themes/enfold and upload the child theme files to wp-content/themes/enfold-child”
Which files do I still have to exchange? The child theme has since been individualized. Where is this data located? Or can I completely swap both folders, i.e. simply swap the theme folder and the child theme folder in the FTP?

I found the purchase code and also the deposit code and my old user name. I then requested a new password (to the old registered email address), but it was not sent to me. How can I now download my theme (with the old purchase code)? Unfortunately, it is urgent.

I have many problems with the theme. One problem is that changes are not saved! This is absolutely annoying.

I did’nt edit the child theme css! A lot seems to have gone wrong with the updates. I will try to change the child style.css file per FTP (or is there an easier way?).
You wrote “make sure that there is a restore point.” I can do a site backup (FTP and sql), but I don’t know how to set a restore point.Could you give me information about it?
And my question is still what is to be done with regard to the “token” etc.? You told me that I have to apply for something new. I ask for detailed information on what to do here. I had given the key and did everything according to the instructions (long time ago when I bought the theme …) and the technical problem came from Enfold, so I have to know what to do now so that there are no such problems with the theme update again soon.
And my problem also ist not solved! The color on the site that I mentioned in the private content had to changed manually! The css for the color of the copy and the headline didn’t work!

Many changes are not implemented. The site is definitely out of order. Please see the private content.Furthermore, I would like to know how I can now solve the “token problem”. I had an old key and something should be changed for future theme updates.

thanks for the support. Unfortunately, I don’t know what to do next. The compression was already deactivated and the quick CSS was already inserted by you, but the font color was still turquoise and the copy disappeared, although the setting was “standard” and in spite of your Quick-CSS!
I don’t understand what has changed and why I still had to manually adjust the text color!

NicI don’t understand the info. I have bought several Enfold themes for myself and customers and have paid for them over and over again. I have now found my password, as I had already written in the other message. Why should I buy a new theme? I downloaded the current theme and sent you a link.

bei dem Passwort fehlt ein “&” am Ende! (Siehe private Content): So ganz habe ich nicht verstanden, warum nicht automatisch auf die neue Version aktualisiert wird, sondern das System sagt, dass die neueste Theme-Version online ist, ihr aber sagt, dass ich manuell aktualisieren muss. Und was ist denn mit dem Child-theme? Ich finde, das klingt alles etwas kompliziert …

NicI just looked at the site. You wrote “it’s applying on your site now” but I don’t see the text. What did you do?
Should be “standard”. You don’t see the copy! The “Main Content Schriftfarbe” should not be transparent. ;-) Whats wrong?It’s about the text field below the first photo. You only see the headline and not the text. The headline is also turquoise instead of the normal standard color.
Since my last WP update (maybe earlier?) no new copy appears on various pages of my website. On the other hand, the left and bold type can be seen. The copy can also be seen in WordPress.
Now a friend has noticed that on the website https://xyz.de/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/enfold_child.css?ver=5d7eef9f555c4
color: transparent can be found. However, I haven’t changed anything.
Is there a way to easily change this so that it will carry over in the next theme updates too? Or do I have to work via “search and replace” in the FTP?
Maybe this line is the problem?

In my theme update stands:
“No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.6.1)”
But you wrote that the last version is 4.8.1. So there is obviously a technical probleme in the theme. Would you mind to check it?
And also the problems I described above?

I didn’t have the time to try the last advice but now there is an even worse error message on a new site that I created (with a video):
/www/htdocs/ ……………… /wordpress/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 617.
Could you please have a look for the error-message and tell me what to do? I also sent the Site- and Login Information in the private data in case that you could have a look at the dashboard or best case repair.

Could you send me the copy that I have to integrate in the wp-config.php and on which position? So that I can also check it in my other ENFOLD themes?
