NicoI’m sorry.
I deleted all templates in FTP and copied latest version of Enfold. The visual editor still does not work. I know that I ask too much, but they are stopped for almost a month and it is my full work.
If there are no other solutions they are forced to move to another CMS. I ask you again to find a solution on the matter, all the login credentials are attached in previous posts.

I tried again, deleted cache EDGE and FIREFOX . I entered the site and I refreshed several times with ctrl F5.
Visual editor non working.
What can I still do?

I have run the link and I edited a text block. The visual still doesn’t work, sorry.

I have updated with FTP the theme Enfold.
-Reset the cache internet Explorer and firefox
-I walked into the dashboard made repeatedly ctrl F5
-deactivated the plugin and activate a default theme

Sorry for my English, I try to explain.
I three weeks ago I installed a plugin Random Banners that I didn’t need and then erased. Since then I can not enter the post and edit content with Visual editor but only in html (Advanced Layout Builder working). You try to enter an item and selects a block of text you’ll see all white and you can only access with the text html. I have updated FTP filezilla in just one week with Enfold.
Dear Yigin, I did everything, added the define concatenate, manually updated all files in FTP except wp-config and/wp-content/, made cancellation of cashe several times.
The site today is seen as html, has become painfully slow getting into a post.
I’m still, I read everything I could on the web, but the Visual editor on the block of text doesn’t work.
Thanks for whatever you can do, in the first post all logins FTP too.
