looks like it worked okay as i saw the record of you logging in

to be honest, the speed of support was so slow that i looked for help somewhere else

we also found a general problem the visual editor and so had to use the classic editor plugin to get around it

that then seemed to fix the original problem

all in all it’s been very painful working with the enfold theme and with the lack of support from Kriesai
