Hello,

I did try doing this via FTP after reading the ‘FTP Install’ section and it didn’t work. The ‘re-install or update via FTP’ section says not to worry as pages and work is stored via WordPress, but my website is now not responsive at all and I can’t even log in to it.

I can’t update via Enfold in WordPress, or via a Plugin. The FTP method is the only possible way and I can’t get it to work. Please advise?

I’m currently waiting for a backup to be restored.

Thanks for that. I can see what I’d need to do to change it to a H1 tag, but I don’t want these caption titles in the slider to have any kind of header tag. So, in this case, if I follow the first reply in that thread you linked to, should I just simply remove the H2 tags listed (as opposed to changing them to H1)?
