Thanks Yigit
I have raised it with them.
Ok thanks Rikard, very strange issue as majority of the pages are absolutely fine.
I recently experienced the same issue on my homepage which Nikko resolved for me, but I didn’t understand the resolution enough to execute that myself
Hi Rikard
Thanks for the response. I have enabled the debug mode, but can’t see anything obvious as the reason for it not working.
Can you have another look & advise?
Thanks
Nick
Hey Rikard
After a lot of messing around with FTP update the update finally finished, but the behaviour is still the same as before:
Chrome – seems to have dropped a foreground image. I have re-uploaded, reinserted etc but nothing seems to work.
Internet explorer – glitchy motion, but does display that image missing from chrome.
Edge – doesn’t seem to render any motion at all – just displays the first background image (maybe as a fallback), without any transitions or animations. This could just be a browser setting I guess, but Flash is enabled with automatic playback.
Are you able to help with this please? We are a school and currently looking to improve the look of our website, as we are about to have open evenings and events to attract new students. At the moment it looks worse than it did last term.
Hey Rikard
Thanks for response. I didn’t realise that you’d responded as no notification came through to my email strangely.
I will try the update to 4.6. I did actually look to check that I was running the latest version of the theme from both WordPress updates dashboard and also from the Enfold menu using my Themeforest API update key, but neither showed me the 4.6 version.
I will try that now and let you know.

It’s on all pages. Whether I am editing a page, uploading a post etc.
I just don’t have the options that I used to.
I have noticed now that in the bottom right hand corner of the text box there’s a tiny little icon that says powered by TinyMCE, but nothing happens if I click it or anything.March 16, 2018 at 1:59 pm in reply to: Seem to be having various issues with the Avia Editor #928093Hi Rikard
Apologies, I was sure that I had responded to this. As I am unable to upload pictures here I have sent you a picture link so that you can see the reduction in options.
I no longer see Bold, Italic etc, any bullet points, insert image etc.Details shown below in private area.
Been having a few issues for about a month to point where i coundn’t even post yesterday, so thought this update may help. How wrong was I?
I get that they need this. Im happy for them to take a full copy of my site to assist their investigating, but i need to be back up and running asap. Nightmare that even the backup i did before updating appears to have failed on some of my transfers so web host looking at that SLOWLY.
Hi Yigit
I logged the same issue hours ago:
However no one has linked me to 4.2.4. Any chance you could link it ASAP as we have a live school site down or make it easily available to all those with the issue.
Thanks in advanceCan anyone send me a link to 4.2.4? I have the same issue on my site. Logged several hours ago, but other people who have logged the same issue after me are getting seen to first.
Hi Basilis
Apologies I was wrong about this. There was an option screen in the CPanel, which suggested that only versions 5.4 & 5.5 were available, but I logged a support call with them as you suggested and they confirmed that I was actually using php 7 which is the highest they support by defining it in the HTACCESS file.
The issue is still current – the Avia editor is much less helpful thesedays.
See screen shot – TinyMCE gives far less options. When I post text/insert a PDF and then click OK it then just goes back to saying “Click here to add your own text”, so doesn’t actually insert it.March 2, 2018 at 3:14 pm in reply to: White Screen on homepage – live school site – hoping to update users on snow #920377Please update via emails

I am not sure to be honest. I would have to check with my web host. Looking at the dropdown on PHP versions however it only goes up to 5.5…

How can I do this safely and without losing any content that I have set up in the theme or on the website/database?
