Ich habe das selbe Problem. Geht das nur über so ein Cache-Plugin zu verbessern? Mit den Einstellmöglichkeitern von W3 Total Cache war ich überfordert-habe nun cachify installiert.

I mean, I would like to add them to the menu-but not at the main menu.My question is basically, if I could ad an individual menu to a page-blog in that
case. I have found the adjustments for the page (sidebar/footer/title), but there is no option
to define the header.Obviously it is not possible so easy. ;)
