    Thanks a lot, Yigit! It looks good but now there is a warning in the backend because of the html!

    Warning: Characters <,>,[,] might break ALB backend or frontend. Read more if you want to use them. You can use valid HTML markup.

    I am still waiting for an answer. Can’t you help?

    I still need help because the message does not appear!

    you can click on the link in the private data – it is easier. You will directly see the problem in the mobile view.

    Sorry I guess I lost track of all the requests. However, it didn’t work. But you can close this here or delete it completely.

    Unfortunately does not work, only a small white field appears.

    Is it possible that the message i appears in white letters on a white field and is therefore not visible? Or would the form have to disappear entirely and just a message appear? Was this also your idea?

    Hi Ismael,

    1) unfortunately I can’t find the settings for individual headlines, only “All Headings (H1-H6)”. Could you describe to me where exactly I have to make the settings? Thank you in advance.

    2) And what would be the alternative if the corresponding headlines should only be changed on a specific page?

    3) By the way, I still have the WP problem that with EVERY change, the display appears in the top of the page:

    “There is an autosave of this post that is more recent than the version below.
    View auto save”.

    Best regards,
    Nic

    Hi,

    thanks. I sent you in my last message the link and the name of the headline in the private data because it is very time-consuming to create screenshots, upload them, create the link (unfortunately didn’t work the last time).
    Where do I have to insert the html tag? (In the headline area there is no html field like in the text areas.)

    An example:
    Wherever it says “Italy” at the bottom of the page, an Italian flag should be installed next to the headline. A photo is already included in the media library. It’s called italien.png

    I don’t know what height the headline corresponds to, i.e. what height I have to enter in the html tag.
    Maybe like this?

    Italien
    The same with “Frankreich” and later also with “Deutschland” (will be added at all of the German wines …)

    Best regards,
    Nic

    Hi Nikko,

    I wrote that I was able to solve the problem in the meantime. I deleted the photo everywhere. But maybe you find it in the Enfold Restaurant demo and see whats wrong with it.

    But I had another question that was not answered (don’t find the post).

    -> Unfortunately, when I send a message in the contact form, the message that I entered in the backend for the message reply does not appear, but only a small white field (without a message, etc.). Can you fix this technical error? (Please try and send a message).

    Many thanks in advance.

    Thanks for looking. I was able to solve the problem in the meantime. There was a background photo (sushi? / almost complete white) in the color section that was already included in the demo. I deleted it.

    However, I don’t understand why the photo only has a white background in the lower right area and not the complete color section! It therefore looked as if it only applied to one block and not to the entire color section.

    Best regards

    in reply to: change the color of the vertical bar of the text #1376392

    Thanks, now it works! That was a typo, an extra letter had crept in!

    Hi Nikko,

    thanks, but that doesn’t work because the code doesn’t even show the background color anymore!
    Do you have another solution?

    Best regards,
    Nic

    This is the previous code in the Quick CSS:
    .av-special-heading.turquoise-background h1.av-special-heading-tag {
    background-color: #24727c;
    display: inline;
    padding: 0 20px;
    margin-left: -20px;
    }

    in reply to: change the color of the vertical bar of the text #1376224

    .page-id-551 .main_color blockquote {
    border-color: green;
    }

    … didn’t work!

    I added the code in the quick css and this in the developer settings:
    main_color

    tried it also with
    main_color blockquote

    Could it be that there is an error in the code?

    in reply to: transition a media element #1376222

    It worked! :-) Thank you.

    Thank you!

    I did everything like rebooting etc.

    In your link I found this explanation:

    If you’re on a Windows machine—any Windows machine, even going back to XP and older—flushing the DNS merely takes a simple command. Click the Start menu and type “cmd.” Right-click on the Command Prompt option and choose “Run as Administrator.” In the Command Prompt window that appears, type the following command:
    ipconfig /flushdns
    If successful, the Command Prompt will report back with “Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache.” Try visiting the website in question again, and see if that solved the problem.

    I’m not very familiar with command prompts, so I hope I can’t do anything wrong…

    Thanks very much!

    I just have another urgent question that actually concerns WordPress. I just tried – after moving to another server – to replace the interim domain with the correct domain using the Better Search Replace plugin, but I get the following error message:

    “An error has occurred. Try either the “Max. Reduce the number of pages” or contact our support.”

    However, I only selected one database as a test and there is not much content on the website anyway. can you tell me what i can do?

    in reply to: change the color of the vertical bar of the text #1376204

    Thank you. But it should only be in this color on certain sites!
    Doesn’t it change then on all of the sites?

    Best regards,
    Nic

    in reply to: transition a media element #1376176

    The domain was transferred, yesterday around 9 a.m. I received the confirmation and around 1 a.m. the SSL encryption was released.
    The transfer also worked – according to the web provider – and my client can already see the new website, but I can’t,
    even though I deleted cqache and used ctrl+f5 etc.
    But I urgently need to enter the new links because the page is not encrypted yet.

    Best regards,
    Nic

    in reply to: transition a media element #1376126

    Thanks for the information. I will test this as soon as the website has changed web hosts or I can work on it again.

    By the way… can you give me a hint what to do if after 24 hours it’s still showing the old website?
    I emptied the cache several times (firefox) and also tried it on another browser (chrome) that I hadn’t used before to log in.
    I guess it is not because I deactivated google & co in the WP? But I wanted to activate that again only after I had corrected all the links
    with the plug-in better research…. But I can’t do that at the moment because the page was supposedly transferred to the other server since yesterday at 9 a.m.
    But I still see the old website there, so I can’t work on it. :-(
    Best regards

    in reply to: CSS code for complete page? #1375953

    Thanks!

    in reply to: define a headline with a different font #1375931

    Dake. Ich habe eben gesehen, dass man die Schriftfarbe ja auch einfacher umstellen kann.
    Unfortunately the CSS above didn’t work for the H2:
    <!– Green and caveat background color for headline 2 –>

    .av-special-heading.lime-background h2.av-special-heading-tag {
    background-color: #719430;
    font-family: ‘Caveat’, cursive;
    }

    Please refer my Test headline. I added “turquoise-background” like at the H1. What could be the reason?
    And unfortunately the opacity in the header has changed again. Can this be due to the added comments in the quick css? Shouldn’t it really matter?

    Many greetings

    in reply to: transition a media element #1375928

    It seems to work now that the tool pane stays visible at the top. I now have “Top Toolbar” set.
    Then obviously “Spotlight mode” was preset, which is not a good idea.
    How are you supposed to know what to change? Why wasn’t the default set up directly so that you can work properly with the demo or the theme?
    And why didv’t you tell me earlier this important information? I’ve received various tips from you on how to circumvent the problem (dragging and dropping over a very short distance)
    but so far not the main thing! ;-) Thanks for that.

    Best regards

    in reply to: define a headline with a different font #1375896

    Sorry, now I got it:

    <!– Türkis und Hintergrundfarbe Caveat für Headline 2 –>

    .av-special-heading.turquoise-background h2.av-special-heading-tag {
    background-color: #24727c;
    font-family: ‘Caveat’, cursive;
    }

    <!– Grün und Hintergrundfarbe Caveat für Headline 2 –>

    .av-special-heading.lime-background h2.av-special-heading-tag {
    background-color: #719430;
    font-family: ‘Caveat’, cursive;
    }

    But … I wanted to be the font in Green, not the background color! ;-)
    Could you tell me the CSS for this?

    in reply to: define a headline with a different font #1375894

    PS: I forgot }

    in reply to: define a headline with a different font #1375893

    Thanks a lot!

    Does it mean that I write both codes in the quick css

    .av-special-heading.turquoise-background h2.av-special-heading-tag {
    background-color: #24727c;
    font-family: ‘Caveat’, cursive;
    }

    .av-special-heading.lime-background h2.av-special-heading-tag {
    background-color: #719430;
    font-family: ‘Caveat’, cursive;

    and when I want to have green and caveat I need to add lime-background in the special heading h2 and
    when I want to have turkis and caveat I need to write turquoise-background in the special heading h2?

    in reply to: define a headline with a different font #1375887

    Thanks!
    I don’t know yet. Better would be if I had the choice between 2 different fonts.

    in reply to: Headline mit Hintergrundfarbe auf bestimmten Seiten #1375876

    Perfect, that’s exactly how I wanted it and now I know how to change the other headlines.
    Thank you Mike!

    in reply to: Headline mit Hintergrundfarbe auf bestimmten Seiten #1375871

    Thank you! Would it be possible for you to adjust the CSS so that the font has a few spaces towards the edge (is a little too dense) and the same spacing at the end as well? Then the bar behind the headline would only be as long as the headline or a little bit longer because of the distance.

    And could you please also tell me how to add a custom class, since I would like to create the headlines for the other pages, possibly with other colors as well.
    Thank you in advance!

    in reply to: Headline mit Hintergrundfarbe auf bestimmten Seiten #1375859

    #24727c
    #719430

    then lets continue here.

    It would be great if you could explain the procedure to me.

    in reply to: Header etwas weniger transparent #1375858

    Hi,
    maybe I need it in different colors for different pages. But I have to try and see how it looks like.
    It is the Headline at the top like in the Restaurant Demo:

    Best regards
