Thanks for updating the theme to version 3.5.4. However, the content of this page is still missing. Can you continue to help to figure out the root cause? Thanks in advance.I have tested the log in details before I sent you. Do you use any FTP client (e.g. Filezilla) to connect to the FTP?
It maybe some copy and paste issue with the password or some FTP settings. Now I change to a easier password and you can try again.Can you try and if you face issues, can you tell me exactly what is the error message and the program you try to access FTP?

Thank you for your prompt reply, I have followed the instruction However, it still does not work. Can you help to look at the set up? I believe that the previous enfold theme is not fully functional. I will put the wordpress log in credentials in the private field, thank you so much!
