Super! Thank you… very much appreciated.
July 26, 2019 at 9:32 am in reply to: How to load a specific page as 'landing' for mobile visitors #1122113Thank you for your quick response. I’ve tried that and it’s pretty great, but still a bit clunky. I’m NOT complaining at all. It’s a wonderful and quick feature. Thank you.
perfect, thank you.
Thank you Yigit for checking into this. There was a piece of custom CSS code related to deactivating gallery load animation that was causing the problem, and I was able to correct it.
BUT NOW, the entire page position ‘jumps around’ when navigating though the menu links. VERY annoying and not good. How to correct this? I’ve never had this happen with enfold.
Thank You again. Please help.huh? You’re not seriously saying that I actually create an entirely new VPS build, then transfer ‘clone’ everything simply to correct a ‘full page slider’ issue?
I was telling you that I have tried everything EXCEPT creating an entirely new server. Sorry, but your responses are not actually responses. Please escalate this to someone who does more than repeat my issues back to me. I really really really need the full page slider to work correctly. Thank You.Yes. Tried everything, accept ripping the entire build out and starting completely from scratch on the new VPS.
What does your response mean?
Are you seeing the slider load online the first two images?
or
Are you seeing ALL the images loading on the fist page with the ‘full page slider’?I don’t see a cause for the problem either – THAT is why I’m on this support forum.
Thank you.

I’ve managed to correct the issue after many hours of troubleshooting. There were several simulations issues in a specific combination – while some may be useful for others, this specific set of issues is most likely unique to my build so I’m not going to bother taking the time to make a detailed report here.
Bottom Line: It’s all about the fundamentals – Clean builds are key, perfect backups to reload WP & Enfold are crucial, and when dealing with many 100’s of customers with full accounts on woocommerce – download a reloadable CSV and know how to do it correctly and clean.
It was quicker and ultimately better to start with a clean, updated new build and then re-populate using the backup data.
No shortcuts, no fancy work-around code or database stunts. None of that worked.
Same problem… after update to (4.5) Advanced Layout Editor no longer working no matter what. Before update everything was fine. Been trying everything for hours and days.
Cannot edit any pages in any way
Media is not showing in media library either
“Envato private token” doesn’t function – just hangs, then nothing but ‘can’t connect’ Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

Any other ideas on how to remove the border above the main content/below the main menu?
Thank you!
RE: sundialstudios: ‘….happens with the Themeforest API setup. Remove that and you’ll be able…’
This action does help the lag/timeout issue, but it’s not problem. I’ve tried that an still getting 500 & 504 errors. The issue is some sort of Update system/server compatibility issue after the July 3rd automatic update. ENFOLD is apart of the problem, but is not THE problem.

Having the EXACT same issue after last automatic server update July 3rd, 2015. (but on Media Temple service provider)
I have/host/developed multiple WP sites on this VPS server: All WP sites are now having the exact same error when attempting to update!
“Premature end of script headers: update-core.php, referer: http://d*******l.com/d*****in/index.php”
The site loads fine, can login fine, can edit pages & theme – to a point before it ‘hangs’ & times-out.
Cannot ‘update’ at all. Tried all the usual WP tricks to get it to load – nothing. Getting 504 timeout errors when attempting to work development in the WP back-end admin. Getting 500 errors when attempting to ‘update’ anything.
This has nothing to do the enfold theme, but it is a server configuration issue that has occurred after the last/recent automatic server updates.
Attempting to work through the link provided by Elliott. So far, no luck. (refer to post #469090)
My service provider is useless. Help? :-) The Kriesi team is the best.
July 6, 2015 at 7:57 pm in reply to: "Premature end of script headers" only on Enfold when open a backend .php page #469215Whoa — just checked some settings on a WP build: This was a new-ish install with recently updated ENFOLD 3.2.2
All was functioning perfectly until these recent “….“Premature end of script headers: update-core.php, referer: ….” errors.
NOW the ENFOLD settings say: “…No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.1.5)…”
What the heck is going on? Please advise… Thank you.
July 6, 2015 at 7:30 pm in reply to: "Premature end of script headers" only on Enfold when open a backend .php page #469207Yup – auto update PLESK 12.0.18 Update #53
Just got off the phone (for another wasted hour) with my services provides ‘tech support’. No help. They just blame WP or me for everything. Typical.
I managed to get the to escalate the issue to their top level. Usually the support is pretty good, but not this time for some reason. They don’t like to hear: “….server auto-updated, and now it’s broken….”
I’ve gone through disabling ENFOLD, any & all plugins, etc… same error.

Most excellent work the ENFOLD. Hope you make a $million$ off of it.
May 3, 2013 at 7:05 am in reply to: facebook graphic showing up on button rollover/mouseover #117031None. This is a clean install. No jetpack – only the bbPress as suggested for enfold.
