Thanks. That was actually the first thing I tested to no avail, even after clearing all the site and browser caches (or so I thought). But it turns out we had a Cloudflare cache that wasn’t clearing… once that was fixed up, it showed correctly. Thanks much… :)
Not yet – we built a workaround using an Avia button with a direct link to the form for now – those script forms from Aweber do this sort of thing far more often than they should. Thanks again.
Thanks. That doesn’t really work due to the block shortcodes, but I pulled the script out and installed it on a plain WP page, then switched to twentysixteen and the same issue remains, sadly. Which of course means it’s not a theme issue. At least that’s narrowed down… :) Thanks!

Never mind – we’ve decided to just leave it rather than fight with it. Thanks for your assistance.
No change, unfortunately.
Thanks so much – we do have Cloudflare, but have cleared it multiple times. The site/sample post is:
Thanks!
Just an update – I had to manually add the menu styles to the custom css file. Weird.
Update – It seems that if a footer sidebar is left empty, the theme (I assume) automatically assigns a widget. This seems to be a bug, no? We’ve just assigned something to that space for now, so it’s no longer a big deal, but it’s interesting. A blank sidebar shouldn’t be populated with an undesired widget.
Hi again. Please understand that I do this on a regular basis and follow correct protocol. We have done the following before we contacted you originally:
– deactivated plugins and tested (including clearing caches)
– cleared cache at both w3 and cloudflare
– reset the Enfold settings
– installed a fresh version of Enfold
– installed a fresh version of WordPress
– and cleared caches with each testThe footer attribution/copyright info still does not change, and the categories list in the far right widget in the footer is coming from somewhere I can not find (it’s not set as a widget). We’re not sure what else to do at this point but start the site from scratch.
Just checking in on this again – any advice would be greatly appreciated, as it’s causing other issues (like buttons not being able to be changed for our hangouts, etc.). Thank you.
HI there – thanks, but that’s not quite what the problem is… :) The issue is that when we change the copyright attribution in the dashboard (under Footer), it doesn’t reflect in the actual public facing footer. The other issue is that the ‘categories’ list in the 3rd widget space in the footer is not something we’ve chosen to be there. If you can have a closer look at these specific issues, it would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
Never mind – added to header.php and uploaded it to the child theme and it’s back to normal. Not sure why there are references to add these scripts to the Google Analytics code field…
Here’s a temp login to see if you can see what’s going on with the footer. Again, we’ve tried resetting the theme, reloading a clean version, etc., all to no avail, so something else must be going on. Thank you!

I’ve tried doing the export/import thing in the past and still lost everything, so just wanted to make sure that’s how it’s done. Maybe we did it when there was a glitch or something. Happy to try again – but there’s clearly something going on with the theme. And yes, we’ve deactivated plugins during tests to no avail. Thanks.
Nope. Didn’t work, as found when I tried that originally (along with multiple other options). Any other ideas as to why this isn’t ‘sticking’ would be greatly appreciated.
I tried that multiple times, but will try again.
