Hey,
Sure, please see the images attached:
1. Recette_Images.jpg is my goal, a legend below each image. So I have filled in the legend here, as you can see on image legend.png
2- You can see in the same folder the mobile version, the image is full width which is perfect but the height is cut, I would like full height.Tx!
And additional question: on mobile, my images are cut vertically, hox to get them 100% height?

thrownYes but when I only use Enfold editor, I have the same issue. Thats why wanted to show you it work with the by default one and te issue comes from the Template example adding. Can u try to create a false page, TestB, add my Ballotins model template and publish? U will have the same issue.

MarineNope, there was no sidebar. But I didn’t understand why my page has a different width (see print screens) while I put it as Shop page.
But anyway, I’ve fixed my issue with some redirections form Shop page to my new page, and I can control the design.Yep I’ve tried that but it comes under the breadcrumb, and I can’t add it on the single products template…
I’ll try to convince the client to use a normal dropdown menu instead.

It happens once a month I guess. I’m surprised you can’t reproduce the case by deleting the current feature image to replace it with : https://www.arianegrumbach.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/20190605_122333_long-1-e1562223858598.jpg, I manage to reproduce it.
No obvious commun point between the images, except she resizes it with the same tool all the time… I was thinking to a debit pb she launches the download. I know that WordPress creates by itself several thumbnails so maybe a big mess here, would it be possible?
Tx for your help because I don’t know what to do with this client to fix the pb, even if it’s not too frequent but she losts confidence and loose time.

I’ve checked with her and she follows properly my wordpress training : always downloading images already rezied. So the weird image has been downloaded in 830x200px.
Could it be linked to all the images WordPress generates when you upload an image?

Yep all the permissions were not ticked. It’s weird because it happened on some websites but not all (with the same token).
Anyway it’s fixed ! Tx. Next step in a few weeks, WP 5.0 ;-) but I’ve seen you wrote a post about it.

I’ve disactivated the plugin so you can reactivate it. BUT to see the tick box, you need to open the page in private navigation cause it we can’t see it while we’re logged in.
