Found the issue – the new version of WPLayerslider has an option to load jQuery from Google CDN, for some reason this was selected.

Tried disabling all plugins, but still the same issue (on both FF & Chrome!)

Hi – I have the same issue; in both Chrome + Firefox
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

Nevermind fixed, FYI, stupid Google chrome corrupted caching.
