    I didn’t say there was anything wrong with the theme, I just said I had a problem installing it. There is something wrong with your customer support though, that’s what I said!

    Hi,

    this is not a theme update. This is new installation on blank WordPress freshly installed.

    I uploaded theme once again just to be sure, but again same thing. In attachment is FTP data so you can check this issue.
