We can replace content, But if you can suggest taking backup of theme options, because we tried to change theme and it got lost. If you can login and check it, plz recover theme options atleast so that we dont loose it.

For now, we cant have menu for enfold theme options so can’t take theme options backup

Yes, We tried to toggle the test theme and its working fine.

Please Make sure that we do not loose and theme options and all other setup that’s done previuosly.

Please feel feel to activate the theme with all settings so that we can continue to operate website smoothly.

you can install it through dashboard if possible. plz check our license and feel free to include your latest version.

We have other crucial files so if possible please try to do it without ftp.

Please login into our dashboard and try to observe loopholes and feel free to update stuff if needed. we have taken backup of website.

Yigit,

We are running short of time and we have just wasted 3 days in communication.

I would again repeat “Please take access of our dashboard and proceed with the required steps.” We have added our own code in header.php. if we overwrite entire theme folder, it will be overwritten and we will loose our customization.

Please make sure that atleast editor of a page is working.

I hope you got my point.

We have mentioned before that we do not want to update entire folder because it might loose our customization.

please provide us exact file path and name of files for editor operation.

Hello Team,

We are posting messages on forum since 3 days but haven’t got satisfactory solution. Please consider this issue on a priority and provide us solution. We have purchase theme twice but haven’t got quick response and we can’t even update our website.

AVIA layout editor is not working and we expect your team to provide us names of files that are suppose to be overwritten.

Also in theme options all tabs are invisible. Let me know if you require credentials so that you can go through it.

Will this affect any customisations that i have done to the theme template for layout purposes?

I am worried that I will lose any coding changes by doing this.
