Danke für Ihre Antwort. Das update habe ich bereits für alle Applikationen gemacht. PHP funktioniert mit 7.4. Ich habe alle Empfehlungen von Yoast Hersteller umgesetzt. Offenbar war es ein grosses Problem vor drei Jahren von Yoast. Yoast bietet auf Ihrer Seite das Search Index Plugin an, um die Fehler zu beheben. Das habe ich eingesetzt. Ich habe die Website neu indexiert bei Google. Die falschen Links sind jetzt nicht mehr in der Suchmaschine auffindbar. Dafür findet er jetzt neue Bilder-Anhangseite. Betroffen sind Bilder die in verschiedenen Inhaltselementen dargestellt werden. Ich löse es zur Zeit über ein anderes Rederection Plugin. Ist vielleicht nicht so eine saubere Lösung.

Thank you for your concern. Could solve it meanwhile. The website is now running with version 4.5.5 along with the new WordPress version 5.1.1. Everything works together smoothly.

So that the navigation remains user-friendly I have tried an other way who is valid. For the Desktop und Ipad it works fine.
When I choose in the theme «dispaly submenu items on click» there is no reaction on the mobile phone. The two other functions works.
Please see the screenshot how I set the menu.

I have also tried this version “http:// #” but on the android device appears “a what about blank site” however on the iphone it worked well.
The customer would like to have the first function on the mobile. The plugins I have already deactivated and tested without success

Have yout got any idea how to get it?

No, I don’t have. I put the header.php file in the child-theme folder, because, it seemed to me the only possibility, to place the meta tag of google-site-verification.

thanks. I don’t understand exactly what you mean. I do not use the symbol “#” . I have already fix it. But it doesn’t show the submenu on mobile.

Yes, but there I use another template. I built this website like a prototype. Also is it only for testing. In two month I have to built the website real and I want to youse the minimal box template. But only when it’s possible to give the footer a backgorund-color over the full browser wide.
The minimal box template corresponds more to my design. And I have not make so much changes.

Thank you for your answer. I do understand. I did not want any line across the whole width in the navigation. If I scrolled on the Ipad then this line still appears. Is it possible to leave the mega menu open?
