Thanks for the prompt reply! I have Flush Cache as part of godaddy hosting, so does enfold theme always will have a conflict with cache plugin?!
I just put in a code for #wrap_all { margin-top:-32px; }. It worked but I really do not want to use a negative margin though!

Thank you for responding and I was able to figure it out and it is all good now. I do have another query, lately when I am uploading an image into the layer slider, it does not pop up. I have to go to the media folder and copy the URL and insert it into the URL section of the slider. With all these updates with the theme and WP, Is this an issue?!!Thanks!!

when I deactivated two of the plugins, all in one seo and sucuri security, I was able to see my home page. What seems to be the deal here?
