Hello thank you, but I have followed the instructions in that work around and it has not fixed the issue. (I note the workaround was posted in 2017 – has this been an ongoing issue since then?)
I have reposted the credentials below. they are correct.March 24, 2019 at 6:49 am in reply to: Issue with Advanced Layout Builder/Text Block After Updating to WordPress 5.0 #1082212Hi – I’m sorry to jump in on an unrelated thread but HOW do I raise my own ticket? I have five months of support left but cannot find a link that allows me to raise a new topic….
January 27, 2019 at 6:23 am in reply to: Issue with Advanced Layout Builder/Text Block After Updating to WordPress 5.0 #1059279I am having this issue also, and am hoping someone with knowledge of how to get back to advance layout editor responds.
Hi
Thank you. But it doesn’t answer my query, which was whether it would impact any of the work I had already done on my site. I have not customized the style.css or other core files.
Thanks in advance.
Thank you, you can close. The problem is sorted.
Such a simple thing. Thank you.

I have double checked the login and what I gave you is correct (I logged in using a private browser, cutting and pasting these credentials). EDIT: No! Sorry, it is different. My bad. Repeated and corrected below.I’m not using a cache plugin. There was one that downloaded automatically – WP super cache – but it is not activated.

Thanks again. Yes, please close it. I’m all sorted. Appreciate the help.
Thank you! That worked. I had previously downloaded the WordPress Reset but didn’t know who to kick off the reset so following those instructions worked. When I had removed the old demos, the new demo installed as it should. I realise what was happening is that the old demo pages weren’t being refreshed by the new demo pages. I’m all good to go now! Appreciate your response… that was driving me nuts!!
Please, I really need some help. I have worked with Enfold numerous times, so I just can’t figure out what is wrong. I downloaded the Enfold Minimal Portfolio Demo. It wasn’t working for me (in that I didn’t like it for my content) so I am now trying to download the Enfold Creative Studio Demo. I have 80+ pages demos that have been downloaded… none of them look like the front page of the Enfold Creative Studio Demo.
I would like to remove all demos and start again. There is nothing on my site I need to keep. How can I remove everything and refresh the pages, so that I just have the Enfold Creative Studio Demo pages?
I just can’t find the page that looks like the front page of the demo – it is a predominantly white page and none of the pages that are there as templates look at all like it.
Thank you so much!
Hey Nikko
Thanks so much, there’s a maintenance page up at the moment, so I’ve put a user name and password below.Thank you. I was trying to download it from the kriesi site, not my own wordpress site. Obvious now and installed. You have saved (what’s left of) my sanity.
Thank you for such a prompt response. -
