    Hi Jordan,

    i have now removed the date under the title and now require to just remove the title. the title being ‘e-commerce’ and associated permalink leaving just SignPost Solutions moves in to E-commerce and Social Media. link again is attached

    HI Jordan,

    I have resolved the issue now and all seems to be working ok. Updating originally via the dashboard caused my website to only show blank/white pages and prevented access to the dashboard. i uploaded the theme via ftp and then as i named it differently and couldn’t access the dashboard i had to change the Active theme in the database through cpanel, once i had done this i could then access the dashboard and tweek a few things on the theme.

    All sees to be working fine, so thanks for you help.

    Hi Jordan

    This is what i get when i try to install via cpanel:

    The file you uploaded, themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme-wordpress-theme.zip, contains a virus so the upload was canceled: Zen.BlockedArchive.JS.UNOFFICIAL FOUND

    if i try to upload just the Enfold folder and not the Zip it stops after 20% saying unknown error.

    If i install via ftp it transfers all the files successfully, however nothing changes i still get a white screen where all my pages should be and as i cant access the wordpress dash board i cant upload it that way.

    im really struggling, what would you suggest?

    Hi Jordan,

    i have managed to upload the latest Enfold version via FTP however im still getting the white screens on all pages and still cant login to the back end.

    i have contacted our host company and the latest php version they can currently supply is the one im using (5.4.45) they are upgrading but wont be till next month.

    Can you send me a Enfold version which is compatible with PHP 5.4.45 and ill try that?

    Have you any other ideas if this doesn’t work?

    Hi Jordan,

    Thanks for the quick reply, ill try this when i get to the office shortly. could it also be that im only using PHP version 5.4.45 should i get this upgraded till at least 5.6? Thanks for your help ill come back to you shortly regarding the FTP.

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks for coming back to me. Since the thread above when I use the short code of [product_page id=”99″] 99 replaced with correct ID nothing at all is showing on the page when I preview it.

    Im also wanting to use the product grid on a page to display only a select few products but again this isn’t showing on the page. In both instances I have purged the cache but still not working. The website link is in the secure section

    I can provide you with temp login details if you want to take a closer look.
