Hi Mike,
The developer of the Html5 Audio Player PRO plugin looked into the issue and noticed that – according to him – the problem is only on my website.
He requested FTP access so he can edit the plugin and check it live. Due to fact that the problem is only on my website, he has – according to him – no way to solve the issue other then making changes just for this website.
On a personal note, I think it is a general conflict between the Enfold theme, the Mailchimp functionality and this plugin. Perhaps we can do a separate test with a fresh Enfold website, using the Mailchimp features and the Html5 Audio Player PRO plugin. At this stage I will await a response of the plugin developer.
Best Regards,
MaartenHi Mike,
Thank you for the tests. I submitted a support ticket to the developer of the plugin.
I will keep you posted.
Best Regards,
MaartenHi Mike,
I installed and activated the jQuery Migrate Helper plugin and tested the Html5 Audio Player PRO plugin.
The plugin works but mailchimp still stuck at sending.Best regards,
MaartenHi Mike,
Thank you so much for all the tests. It is the Html5 Audio Player PRO plugin causing the issue. It would be nice if I can find a solution for the problem because I need a HTML Audio player on the website. For the moment I have replaced your MailChimp integration with a button with a link to the external MailChimp signup forms.
I am happy to contact the developer of the Html5 Audio Player PRO plugin, but I need some details on what is causing the error. Can you assist?
I appreciate your excellent support. Beside being a wonderful theme I am very happy with your ongoing support.Best Regards,
MaartenHey Rikard,
I noticed that I published my support request twice.Mike responded also about the same issue.
I would not be surprised if the plugin you refer to is causing the issue. The developer isn’t updating this plugin anymore. i am searching for a good alternative.
I suggest that you close this support request and I follow this up via my other support request.Thank you for your excellent support.
MaartenHi Mike,
I noticed that I published my support request twice.
Rikard responded also about the same issue.I asked Rikard to close the other topic and that I continue my responses via this support ticket.
Rikard did see error messages coming from the file/plugin in private.
I would not be surprised if the plugin you refer to is causing the issue. The developer isn’t updating this plugin anymore. i am searching for a good alternative. Maybe there is an option for a temporary fix.
I cloned the website. Details in the private content area.Thank you for your excellent support.

Thank you for your response.
I updated to version 4.7.3 and changed the setting via Cpanel file manager to 755.
It looks like it not reverting back anymore.Thank you for your – as always – excellent support.

MaartenFebruary 7, 2020 at 2:49 am in reply to: folder dynamic_avia permissions needs to be set to 755 #1182215Hi Jordan,
I changed it using the file manager via my Cpanel. It changes back everytime.
I am using an Enfold child theme. It looks like some file is changing the setting. Do I have to make a change somewhere in the coding?Best Regards,
MaartenHey Rikard,
Interesting. I can upload an image via FTP to the wp-content/uploads/2019/11/ folder and the image is there.
Next iIuse the ‘add from server’ plugin to add the image to the media library.
The image icon in the media library is ’empty’ but the image is there.
I tested another Enfold website on the same server and it doesn’t have any issues.
So I think it is not a server related issue but something is happening in this website.
What can be the next step to test?Best Regards,
MaartenHi Mike,
Thank you so much. It is all perfect now.

MaartenHi Mike,
Sorry, I did hide the sub labels so you were not able to see it.
In the private content you will find a link to the page and a link to a screenshot to see the difference.
I think it comes down to getting the sub label closer to the box and removing the ‘bold’ from the sub label.Best Regards,
MaartenHi Team,
WPForms suggested my the following solution:
.wpforms-field-date-time select {
display: inline-block !important;
width: 29% !important;
}
And it fixed the issue.I still have a question about the font size.
Regards,
MaartenHi Victoria,
I reinstalled an earlier backup and that fixed the issue. I think a file must have got corrupted.
Regards,
MaartenHi Victoria.
Thank you for your email.
You looked at my development website. Everything is ok on that website.
On the live website the issue is still there.
Can you please have a look again.Thank you.
Best Regards,
MaartenHi Rikkard,
I tested your suggestion but no improvement.
More details and info in the private area.Best Regards,
MaartenHi,
I keep searching for any possible causes, but it is so strange that the icons are showing perfectly when logged in as ‘admin’ and not when I log out.
Can you please verify if this is also the case when you view the website?I added a screenshot of the missing icons (see private content). Is it ‘normal’ that in the coding the data-av icon is shown the same way as displayed in the visible webpage? Could it be something to do with the icon fonts?
I am running out of possible solutions….
Look forward to your support.
Best Regards,
MaartenHi,
I followed your suggestions. Deleted the caching plugin and deactivated file compression.
But still when I am logged into WP Admin all icons are displayed well. When I log out of WP Admin the icon are displayed as squares.
I viewed the website on different mac computers, using different browsers but no difference.
Any suggestions?best Regards,

Sorry for the late response…
I added the suggested css but it didn’t make a difference.
Can you please have another look at it please. Thanks!
MaartenHi Ismael,
I first reduced the image size, but then the image looks blurry on the big screen.
I have the full size image back and added the css code to the quick css . I don’t see any difference or improvement.
The cell background images are still not resized properly.I checked your demo theme http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-health-coach/ and reducing the window size introduces the same issue. The cell background images are not resized.
Any suggestions?
Thanks and regards,
MaartenHi Ismael,
Thank you. That worked well.
Any advise/suggestions for scaling of the two other images on the homepage?Regards,
MaartenHi Ismael,
Thanks!
In landscape it looks OK but in portrait not. I added the code in the Quick CSS area. Is that OK?
I added a link to a screenshot of my iPhone 6 in the private content area.
The same happens when I resize the window in e.g. Firefox. I don’t get the same result as you in http://i.imgur.com/dnWIndS.png
Please advise me what I should do.
Cheers,
MaartenHi Ismael,
Thank you for your explanation and advise.
I applied your solution and the only issue is the display on an iPad. On the smartphone it looks OK. But even with adding your css it doesn’t improve the image size. I removed the additional css for the moment. Is there an extra setting necessary to ‘tell’ the website that it is displayed on an iPad?Cheers,
MaartenHi Rikard,
It is fixed with 4.0.2. Thanks!
Best Regards,
Maarten -
