Thanks again Nikko, I have done the manual update as suggested in the linked thread, it seems to be all resolved now. many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me Nikko, When I look at the Enfold theme updates it tells me that “There are no updates available, you are using the latest version 3.8.4” and doesn’t seem to have any option to upgrade. I tried the ‘Check manually’ link but still doesn’t provide an option to upgrade.
