When you try and add an item it says:
Please match requested format: Qty
No matter what quantity I put in, I get this error.
Please help.
check out the “shop” here and try to add items to your cart:it was only happening to some clients when they try and choose options. Maybe the update fixed the issue?

I set up to automatically update via API.
I don’t know how to update via FTP, I watched that video you sent but I don’t understand how to do that. I purchased the theme and customer service to be able to click update and it updates. Why won’t it update normally? Can you go update the theme? Is it not working for you? I don’t understandthanks for the help!

the problem is there needs to be different amount options.
1 patient may want to order 1 eighth BUT another customer may want to order 3 quarters (so he would pick 3 quantity BUT needs to choose the amount “quarter”)It seems some customers are ok and the site works fine (like for me and my wife) but for many other customers they call us daily telling us it sayd “pick an option” even after they pick it. and when they check the cart the item is actually there! so it’s weird it says to choose an option..
