Ok. I finally got someone over at godaddy that could explain it better. They basically said that with a managed wordpress hosting account, they lock down the wp-includes/ folder so it’s read only. We tried other themes and the menu worked fine so they said they thought that there might be some sort of call or request that Enfold is trying to send to that wp-includes/ folder when I click on the Menus tab in the WP dashboard. They said to ask if you could check to see if there is something in particular that needs to go in there that maybe they could put in for us and/or if there is any other way to setup the menu structure other than the WP menus section.
I really don’t want to switch themes and would prefer not to have to change to a standard hosting account since the client already setup and paid for this one.
FYI – I use Enfold on my own godaddy hosting account that is not the managed wordpress type and it works fine.

I tried the twenty-sixteen theme and the menu option worked fine so it appears it might be something between Enfold and the access allowed by a managed wordpress hosting account at GoDaddy. I called them again and they’re of course directing me back to the theme as the issue again.
Anything else you can try to help me fix this? We’re ready to go live with the site.

Thanks. It’s on the home page at the very top. I included the link in the private section and included it here as well. It only shows up on displays wider than 900 px so if you’re viewing on a mobile device, it won’t show.
FYI – I tried the pause button code and that didn’t work. I think it might be a vimeo thing. Any other hosting suggestions?
Sorry. One more question on the Masonary element. Is there a way to disable the pop up that shows up when you hover over the image which shows the post title in a small box? (not the excerpt pop up but the little small one that shows just the post title) It shows up like an image title does when you hover over an image. It just kinda blocks the image and excerpt and we’d like to see if we can turn it off.

BPHi guys,
I just did the most recent Enfold update and the same thing happened where the custom css fields are gone again. I checked the functions.php file and the code you mentioned above is still there. Anything else I need to do to bring those fields back?
I am looking into the child theme, just haven’t had a chance to set it up yet.

BPThanks. I’d like to change the text color for the headline rotator with the blue background. (about halfway down the page, just above Product Options) The “Did You Know” part is grey and I’d like it to be white. Likewise, the text that shows up as the last line is also appearing grey. Would like it white as well so it goes with the other text that’s rotating.

Thanks. When you login, if you look at the Renovation Loans post, you’ll see that it still works. For example, the top full width easy slider shows up for a wider screen over 990px and then goes away and displays the 2nd full width easy slider once the screen width drops below 990px. However, I don’t see the css class option anymore where I had put in the .only-desktop and .only-mobile respectively.
If you look at a newer post like the MHFA $1000 Down Program, both sliders are showing up as I don’t have the area to put in the css class. (unless I’m an idiot and am missing it somewhere which very well could be the case)

Oh…and can I control the width of the title & caption boxes too? I’d like to make them just a little wider.

Yeah we had that issue before being a sub domain. I’m just using this one to build it and will transfer to a different domain once it’s done. Some ISP’s it works fine, others it doesn’t display. Is there anyone else on your team that might be able to try looking at it?
