I turned that option on, but the problem isn’t on the front end of the site. It is when I go to the individual slider to edit that one when the error pops up. It is only on that page on the backend of the website that I see that error.
Ideas?
Hello,
This thread isn’t relevant as I don’t have any WMPL functions on my site to my knowledge. Do you have any insights as to why Layerslider could be throwing an error in the code that causes CloudFlare to block it?Any ideas would be helpful!
Hello,
I wanted to follow up on this thread a bit more. We have tried a number of things to troubleshoot the issue we are facing here. We cloned the website and deactivated every plugin 1 by 1 until none were active. We also turned off the caching by CloudFlare and this didn’t do the trick. However, after doing this, the slider area didn’t work at all as well. I also went to CloudFlare and configured it to turn off the cache and rocket loader. It appears that something with that slider doesn’t like the Cloudflare CDN. Do you have other users having the same issues?
Any ideas on why this may be happening?
How were you able to tell it is the CDN? I have tried turning off the caching and pointing the DNS straight through, but I am seeing no luck. I had my developer setup the website on a local test instance. He said that they were unable to add/edit the slider as well. Any ideas? Is it possible this could be a glitch between the theme and slider?
