Did you by any chance look at my site yet? I noticed that my site was down yesterday because of a server change of my hostingprovider. But everything is back up now. My apologies for the inconvenience.:)
Is there any chance you can help me with the icon problem before this afternoon? The site has to go live then.

Did you only adjust the CSS code in the Quick CSS box? Not in style.css?

Thx for trying, but the search icon is still not aligned to the menu in landscape mode. You see that the search icon is higher. It has to look the same as in portrait mode on Android.
And on iPad the search icon is still missing.
Do you have another solution?

Again, yes, I cleared my browser cache. Several times. Mobile, WP Rocket cache plugin, Cloudflare. Nothing helped.
I even cleaned up some leftover files via FTP in my WordPress root from plugins that I removed before.
The issue still exists and I don’t know what to do anymore?

Nope, nothing worked. The white space is still there. Since it is a section with a background image set to parallax, I experimented with different settings.
In the following screenshot I set the background image to static. As you can see, I now have the same image twice. Where the white space used to be, there is now the same image only enlarged (look at the keyboard with the hand)

Then I changed the setting to scroll. As you can see now, the image is very large and you only see the hand with the keyboard. Yes, the whitespace is gone, but it is obvious that there is a conflict somewhere in the script and has nothing to do with CSS.

Oh I’m sorry, normally I explain everything in detail, but I thought it was obvious that the landscape header had to be the same as the portrait header. Logo on the left, search icon and menu aligned on the right. :)

The header is supposed to look like this: http://www.screencast.com/t/5f3mRayyT3 (without the white space underneath the header)2. That said, the white space and scroll issue shows up in the standard Android browser, not in the Chrome browser (see #403438) This issue shows up on two different Android phones.
My clients are not the sort of people who download Chrome for their mobile phone, so it is important that the white space and scroll issue is fixed as well.
Do you have another solution for the landscape and whitespace problem?

I can’t see the header in your screenshot in landscape mode?

Thx for checking it on your iphone in portrait mode. But, in landscape mode you see the same problem (problem 2 from #403438) as on the Android phones :(:

1. I used the standard Android browser. Flushing my cache did not solve the problem. I also asked a friend of mine with a Huwei Android phone to test it and he got the same results in the standard browser: http://www.screencast.com/t/FfwSaXlC

Just one question:
I am missing the option “Don’t display image on single post” at the “Add featured image” menu in the learndash posts (sfwd-courses, sfwd-lessons and sfwd-topic).Is there any way you can fix that too? :D

Terrific, it works, I even have the Avia Layout Builder in the learndash posts!!! :D
But, when I go to Pages, the Avia Layout Builder option has disappeared and I just see all the shortcodes? How can I get the Avia Layout Builder back?

I’m really sorry, but I still don’t quite understand how to use that code. I’m not a coder, I just know a little bit more than the average person :D
I’ve emailed LearnDash again, asking for the location of those files (single-sfwd-courses.php for courses etc) because I can’t find them anywhere, but apparently I have to copy and rename Enfolds single.php 4 times.
LearnDash also said: “The post type slugs are as follow:
sfwd-courses
sfwd-lessons
sfwd-topic
sfwd-quiz
”So, if I take Enfolds single.php and use those slug names, where exactly do I put the code? Let’s say sfwd-courses for instance?

Whoohoo, it works!!
I tried to recreate the parse error, which was:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE in /srv/mydomainname/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/functions.php on line 198Then I looked at the code again and I saw a </br> in there, I removed it, and the code was accepted!!
I also changed the wplang in the wp-config to nl_NL (I looked at one of the codestyling tutorials and they gave the tip there)
The frontend of Enfold is in Dutch and the child theme showed up in the codestyling localization plugin!! (WordPress is in Dutch too, but I’ll take it, maybe I can change that again in English in the CSL plugin :D)
