Hi Ismael,
Great, your table solution worked!!!! Thank you :D
I tried the same with the other grid row responsive issues, but this did not work. Images on ipad and android phone are still smushed and the text is smushed too.
Do you have a solution for that too?
Sincerely,
MortickaSeptember 7, 2015 at 10:23 am in reply to: Table in grid row overlaps on mobile and not able to scroll anymore #499151Hi Rikard,
Ofcourse, included. I also have two other responsive issues with grid row on android and ipad. On android the pictures get smushed and on iPad the pictures are huge and the text gets smushed by the padding. It looks beautiful on desktop.
Do you have a fix for this too?
Links and screenshots included ofcourse :)
Sincerely,
MortickaSeptember 4, 2015 at 3:51 pm in reply to: Table in grid row overlaps on mobile and not able to scroll anymore #498451Hi Rikard,
Unfortunately that did not work. Do you have another solution?
Sincerely,
MortickaHi guys,
Never mind, I used a workaround. I made the sub menu navigation title bold en used a # in stead of a link. That way the active link is not really active.

MortickaHey Yigit,
Thx for all the tips! I wanted to answer you after I tried everything in your message, but I did not have the time yet.
I’ll get back to you.

My apologies for the late response.
I’m experiencing the issue on iPad.
You can see the screenshot in the private content area.
Sincerely,
MortickaHey Josue,
Thx for your suggestion! I would like however not to work with extra plugins. The plugin you suggested seems to have to many errors when I read the support page.
Is there another solution?
Sincerely,
MortickaHi guys,
I had the same problem, the CSS solution works.
Sincerely,
MortickaHii Yigit,
Thx, it’s almost what I’m looking for! :)
Couple of questions?
1. How can I just use the breadcrumb shortcode and not the page title/breadcrumb option? When I select “Hide both” in the page settings, the shortcode breadcrumb disappears as well.
2. How can I make the shortcode breadcrumb full width?
3. Is it possible to remove the background color and line of only the shortcode breadcrumb?
4. In the page option I can toggle between using only the title or breadcrumbs. Is there a way to do this with the shortcode breadcrumbs as well?If this is to much custom work, never mind, then I would love to request this feature :D
Sincerely,
BarbHi Yigit,
Haha, of course. :)
Everything is restored and the rest of the login information is in the private data.
Sincerely,
BarbHey Yigit,
Perfect! Works like a charm, thank you very much :)

BarbHey Yigit,
See private content for link :)
As you can see the text on the right is cut off. Normally it says: Gaat de les nog DOOR. It’s missing the word “door”
Sincerely,
BarbPerfect, thx Yigit! You can close this topic :D
Sincerely,
BarbAwesome Yigit!! :D
How can I make them only bigger on mobile and move them a little to the left and have more space between them?
Sincerely,
BarbHi Yigit,
Never mind, I’ve removed the header widget and I’m using Enfolds Social Icons in the header! Looks better that way too :D.
Is there however a way to display Enfolds social icons in the mobile menu?
Sincerely,
BarbGreat, thx Yigit! I removed it from mobile and iPad portrait mode. But on the iPad in landscape mode the widget lies on top of the menu. Is there a way to make the header widget responsive?
Sincerely,
BarbHey Elliot,
Yes, I was able to align them the way I wanted it using your code, thank you! :)
One more question: The header widget does not look good on mobile, it’s almost on top of the logo. Is there a way to show the widget only on desktop and not on mobile?
Sincerely,
MortickaHey Yigit :),
Yes perfect, that is what I meant, it works!!!!
Thank you so very much for you help, this topic can be closed! :D
Sincerely,
BarbHi Yigit :),
Haha, no worries, I revived WordPress and it works!!!
But, I have more categories in the main menu link Blog, like actueel and humor. I tried copying your (“blog”) code again and change it to the other categories, but then WordPress died again.
How can I do the same with the other categories?
Sincerely,
BarbHi Yigit,
You are the man, it works great!!! I knew you could do it :D :D :D
Is there also a way to do this with the main menu blog link as well? (I have not selected the “use this page as blog” option in the settings, just named the main menu link “Blog”)
I tried to copy your code and changed tips-tricks into blog, but then WordPress died, so I had to remove it again :)
Sincerely,
BarbHi Yigit,
I don’t understand how to fix this. Because it is not just the blog/archive page that does not show an active (underline) link, if you have subpages in the menu the link is not active either.
So basically the active underline link in the main menu works with only top pages? That is not very user friendly, because then you have only the breadcrumb trail where users can see where they are?
Is there a solution for the active link for subpages? So you can see where you are in the main menu?
Sincerely,
BarbHi Yigit,
I’m not sure I know what you mean?
I’m not using the “And where do you want to display the blog” option in the styling pages.
I am however using the ALB Blog articles content element and from there I select the category I want to display. So in the main menu Tips & Tricks page I select the articles with the tips & tricks category and on the Blog page I select the blog category.
In both cases the single posts are not recognized. Furthermore I cannot style a category with the ALB?
Is there another option?
Sincerely,
BarbHi Yigit :),
Yes it worked, but now every single post underlines tips and tricks. Even when I go to Blog in the menu and select an article, then the underline appears at tips and tricks.
Do you have a fix that only the active pages in a menu link underline?
Sincerely,
BarbHey Yigit :),
I tried it, but it did not work?
Sincerely,
BarbOkay, see private content.

June 23, 2015 at 3:34 pm in reply to: Header conflict with Avia Layout Builder and LearnDash #463460Hi Andy!
Thx for your response. In the mean time I had help from LearnDash Support.
1: I solved the first problem with help from LearnDash Support, by changing the color and the background.
LearnDash support also said: “… it seems that the topic items are actually not in the header (see screenshot), but that your (Enfold) theme has a post-header/pre-content section that is the same color as the header making it look like it is in the header. ”
So that’s the reason of the conflict with LearnDash and Enfold and the reason why the header increases in size.
Since I have a dark header I made the pre-content section white and the text black and moved the text down a bit with CSS.
For people who have the same problem (using a dark header) and reading this topic, the CSS code to change the background etc is:
.learndash
.learndash_topic_dots.type-dots {
padding-bottom: 10px;
padding-top: 20px;
padding-left: 10px;
background-color: white;
}#learndash_back_to_lesson {
margin-bottom: 0px!important;
padding-left: 10px;
background-color: white;
}It is not a perfect solution, but it will do for the moment.
2. I hid the code with CSS and now use a shortcode to display the text (and function of) “Course not yet started”
Again for people who are looking for the same solution:
Hiding the text CSS:
span#learndash_course_status {
display: none;
}And to create a shortcode for the course status so that you can display it anywhere on the page, put the following code in functions.php:
add_shortcode(‘coursestatus’, ‘learndash_course_status’);
and then add the following anywhere within the course page:
Course Status: [coursestatus]Changing settings in the Enfold Header behavior settings does not work, because the conflict is only with the LearnDash plugin and you only see it when you’re logged in.
Both solutions are not optimal, but they will do for the moment. LearnDash is looking at the problem, apparently they have to do to something with the code of the LearnDash core.

MortickaApril 14, 2015 at 2:18 pm in reply to: Mailchimp subscribe button disappears with embedded form #428221Hey Yigit :D,
Yes, I looked at that post before, but it requires a plugin and I just wanted to use the embed code from mailchimp without the plugin.
I did however find this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/mailchimp-form-popup-miss-submit-button/
That works.
Why, is it normally not possible to use the embed code from Mailchimp? Or can I expect errors?
Sincerely,
BarbHi Rikard,
Never mind, I used the one logo that displayed without problems as a template and resized the other logo’s. Now you don’t see the grey box around the logo. Appearantly you have to have a width of 300px.
There is however a bug in the partner/logo element. My site goes live this afternoon, when I encounter the problem again in another site I’ll be back :D
For now you can close this one.
Sincerely,
MortickaHi Yigit,
Never mind, I fixed it myself with a textblock and a div tag. I’m running out of time :)
Sincerely,
BarbHi Rikard,
I don’t know why it will not display? http://www.screencast.com/t/J0AuJZBh
If you check below on my page, you see what I mean. The grey boxes around the logo’s are appearantely because of the .png format. 1 Logo is in .jpg format and there you see no problem.
<edit> I changed the Twitter logo in .jpg format to test my theorie, but the same issue still exists, you still see a grey area around the logo.
But, both png and jpg logo’s displayed fine before I inserted the links?
Sincerely,
Morticka- This reply was modified 9 years, 7 months ago by Morticka. Reason: Tested another logo and switched it from png to jpg format. Did not work, issue still exists
