Wow, thank you – it’s working now. I appreciate it a ton! :)
Have a great day and we can close this thread.
Those steps seem to be a bit more than I can easily understand and feel confident doing.
I just made a manual back up of my site.
Could you possibly take those steps above to see if it’s a fix and let me know to check.
I’ll post details in the PC below.
Thanks!March 13, 2024 at 6:58 pm in reply to: On Click Pop-up Opt-In Form Not Working After Enfold Update? #1437176I managed to fix this myself. This can be closed.
OK, I’m sorry. I was worried that post wasn’t seen or showing up for some reason when I noticed other threads were getting multiple quick answers and mine had zero after 24 hours and wasn’t sure what else to do.
We can close this one.
Thanks.Hi Rikard,
I made another thread for a problem that came up after the Enfold update, but afte 23+ hours there’s been no reply?
Here’s the link – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/on-click-pop-up-opt-in-form-not-working-after-enfold-update/#post-1437135March 13, 2024 at 1:37 pm in reply to: On Click Pop-up Opt-In Form Not Working After Enfold Update? #1437135Hello, just bumping this up since it’s been 21 hours without a reply?
Thanks! If its OK I’d like to follow up next Tuesday just to make sure everything’s OK. :)
Thanks again! Thanks, I think I figured it out.
I copied the new header.php file from enfold to enfold child and it turns out it was just some pixel code in there that needed added from the old enfold child header.
Right now the site seems OK and the footers are working.
I’m going to give it a few days to make sure all is well and I don’t notice any problems.
Thanks for the help!Hi Rikard,
There is a header file in my child theme, but not a footer file.
So I would do the update… then if there is a footer problem, take the code from the backed up enfold child footer.php and put it in the new updated footer.php? And how do I know which code to copy and paste over or delete, or leave in there?
Thanks again!November 26, 2019 at 2:09 pm in reply to: Burger menu not working for blog post pages on mobile? #1160329Wait, just a moment… I found a potential issue…
I just realized that a new link I had added to the menu yesterday in the functions.php file (in the afternoon) had disappeared.
I have multiple things going on and changes being made… were you editing the most recent (current version) of the functions.php file last night to make this fix?
I just added that link back.
I want to make sure there weren’t other changes that were lost, since there are a couple other threads going here where I’m getting support with adjustments to this file?- This reply was modified 4 years, 11 months ago by Moondreamer21.
November 26, 2019 at 1:43 pm in reply to: Burger menu not working for blog post pages on mobile? #1160320Mike, it looks perfect now – you’re the best!
Thank you so very much! :)November 26, 2019 at 3:55 am in reply to: Needed Same Horizontal Rule between Blog Posts on Category Pages? #1160172Thanks Ismael, that worked! :)
November 25, 2019 at 2:54 pm in reply to: Burger menu not working for blog post pages on mobile? #1159871Hi Mike, thanks for your help!
After that change, the menu on the courses pages still looks the same other than there is now three grey lines in the corner where there is a “burger” (not what I want).
I’ll attach a screenshot of what it should look like (a white burger in the center of the red bar), and what it looks like now.
The magnifying glass is fine, I believe that’s the search bar.
There is a lot of menu code in my functions.php file… and some customizing we’ve been doing for the course pages there – maybe getting this mobile menu to work involves some code there?
P.S. I also circled the “or Login” text overlap issue on mobile in the screenshot (see PC).
Thanks!Hooray! Thanks for fixing this Ismael, it looks good!
I’d like to keep the thread open a little while longer just in case something else comes up as I’m getting the course set up.Thanks again. :)
Good news Mike! I figured out the preview issue (I moved the code back into the CSS and could also remove the title spacing code). And I also figured out the shortcode.
Thanks for your help! :)November 24, 2019 at 11:01 pm in reply to: URGENT – Need Layout Builder for All Post Types (code not working) #1159706Hello Team, just folloiwng up to let you know I have resolved this issue. We can close this ticket.

November 24, 2019 at 9:30 pm in reply to: Burger menu not working for blog post pages on mobile? #1159686Hello again,
Now I’ve run into an issue with menus on mobile not showing up as a burger on the courses, modules, lessons and topics, quizes, etc. that I’ve set up in LearnDash.
I’ll post a link in the PC as an example of what I’m seeing.
Also if you look close at the purple “Take this Course” button, there is “Or Login” text that is overlapping it.
Would like some CSS to prevent this?
Thanks!November 22, 2019 at 8:56 pm in reply to: Javascript web form not showing up on blog posts? #1159328Thanks Victoria. I fixed that in the code and it worked. I guess this means I have to update it on ALL 175 blog posts? Ugh! Can you confirm?
Thanks Victoria, it’s showing up now for me as well. We can close this thread.
Thanks Jordan, that worked! :) We can close this thread.
I’m using LearnDash. All the lessons and modules are visible under the LearnDash LMS area in the Dashboard. All this information was provided in the original questions (also see some links in the PC above).
The slugs/post types are:
$supported_post_types[] = ‘sfwd-courses’;
$supported_post_types[] = ‘sfwd-lessons’;
$supported_post_types[] = ‘sfwd-topic’;
$supported_post_types[] = ‘sfwd-quiz’;However, I changed the name of lessons to – modules
and topics to – lessons, in the settings, not sure if that matters? Thanks Jordan,
That worked great, except for under the contact form on the Contact page… the text still over laps there. Can you take a look at that (the url is in the PC I posted above).November 21, 2019 at 8:00 pm in reply to: How to Remove What's App 'Share This Entry' on bottom of blog posts? #1158924Thanks, that worked!
November 21, 2019 at 7:34 pm in reply to: Burger menu not working for blog post pages on mobile? #1158907Shannon, if it’s OK I’d like to leave it open a while longer JUST TO MAKE SURE I don’t need more help on this topic. Thanks!
November 21, 2019 at 7:10 pm in reply to: Burger menu not working for blog post pages on mobile? #1158899Thank you again for all your help on this Mike! :)
Mine is still not working either. Any updates on when this will be resolved?
I would rather not have to install and use a plug-in.
Thanks!Hi Ismael,
This is very urgent this time. I’m getting closer to needing to launch this online course, so I’m hoping you can respond right away.
I need to have the same “Love it, Live it, Learn it” header on ALL the lesson and module pages within all the courses.Do you have some insight for code on how we can do that?
Thanks!
Hi again Mike,
I am resuming work on this page and have realized there is still some extra white space above the page title on mobile. Can you suggest code to correct that? Also, when I visit this page by itself, vs. when I save and “preview” it, it looks a lot different in the preview (not correct).
Can you check out the page alone, then try to save and preview to see it – and let me know what you think and why it’s appearing that way (with the header image totally across the screen, etc.)?Another thing, I tried adding some short code for my online course to this page in a code block, but it’s not showing up at all.
I used this code successfully on another page.
Do you know why it’s not working on this page and what we can do about it (see code block on the page)?
Thanks!Hi Ismael,
I very carefully added the snippet that was there before, and it seems like it works! Thanks for the help. I’d like to leave this thread open a little longer just to make sure. -
